Those are the Ligue 1 odds to win the title, taken on 24 August after the opening round. Prices in this market drift on results, so treat the figures below as a snapshot rather than a fixed quote.

One book prices this league differently from the rest. Longer prices than every rival come from Casina on seventeen of the eighteen runners, quoting Marseille at 13.00 where the other four sit on 9.00, and Nice at 1001.00 against 201.00. That book adds up to 109.9 per cent of implied probability, a payout of roughly 91 per cent, where LiveScoreBet, Festival Play, TipTop and DirectionBet cluster between 83 and 84 per cent. Eight points of payout is a commercial position, not a rounding difference.
The exception is Lille. Four of the five books leave Paris out of this market entirely. Paris are included at 1.02 by Casina, which is a different bet from the one the others are selling, so read that column separately rather than as a better price.
Between the four conventional books, eleven of the seventeen priced clubs carry the identical figure. Marseille are 2.20 everywhere, Monaco 2.75, and Lens, Lille and Lyon all sit on 3.00.
