Key data- In the 2022/23 season, Arsenal finished in a strong second place and were able to stand up to Man City for long periods of the season. With four wins and a draw, the Gunners also had a successful start to the season.
- Tottenham have had a difficult season in which the team ultimately missed out on participation in the international business. However, under the guidance of new coach Postecoglou, Tottenham have been surprisingly strong and are second in the Premier League table with 13 points after five games.
- Even though Tottenham are currently on a high, we expect the Gunners to dominate the game in front of their home crowd. We also expect an attacking approach from both teams and therefore expect a high-scoring game.

Prediction
As both teams have been in good form lately, we expect a top-class match on Sunday. Arsenal won both games against Tottenham last season and finished second in the table with a 24-goal lead.
On average, three goals were scored in the direct encounters in the entire history. It should also be noted that Arsenal have won more than half of their home games against Tottenham. Spurs' last success at the Emirates Stadium was in November 2010, but the cards will be reshuffled on Sunday.
Tottenham have been surprisingly strong so far this season, but with the club in a state of flux, it is best to wait and see. Nevertheless, it should be noted that both teams embody an attacking style of play and therefore it will probably be spectacular on Sunday.
Due to the enormous quality of the squad as well as their home strength, we expect a dominant performance from Arsenal. They will probably control the game with a lot of possession and primarily create scoring chances through the wings. A key role will be played by Saka, who usually ties up several opponents and thus creates spaces. We expect both teams to score, but ultimately Arsenal will prevail. Therefore, we place a win bet in favour of Arsenal if they score more than 2.5 goals.

Arsenal
The Gunners caused a sensation in the past season and topped the Premier League table for long periods. But in the second half of the season, their performances slumped at times, which ultimately led to Man City taking over the top spot in the table during the second half of the season. Mikel Arteta's goal is clearly defined: To put pressure on Pep Guardiola's star ensemble in the 2023/24 season as well.

Under the leadership of Mikel Arteta, the team has grown into a real unit with established playing procedures. Basically, Arsenal is excellently positioned in all areas of the team. Especially on the offensive side, the squad offers room for plenty of flexibility and creativity.
Saka, Ødegaard, Martinelli, Jesus and Havertz are all players who can determine the outcome of the game with individual actions. In addition, the Gunners have a solid defence that is well organised, which makes them a serious contender for the title.

Tottenham
After the mixed performances in the 2022/23 season, which ended with 8th place in the Premier League, few experts had Tottenham on their radar as a serious candidate for the top flight. But after the first five match days, it must definitely be said that Tottenham is in a completely different form. This is primarily due to the current upheaval, because in addition to a new coach, many new players have been signed.

As Angelos Postecoglou is not a household name to many football fans, we would like to introduce you to the new Spurs coach in a little more detail. "Ange" is a modern coach with Greek roots who has worked in Australia, Japan and Scotland before his tenure in the Premier League. Most recently, he led Celtic Glasgow to five titles, including two championships.
Postecoglou stands for hard-hitting, full-throttle football with plenty of offensive drive. His basic tactical order is respected and publicly praised by many renowned coaching colleagues. In a very short time, Ange has managed to put his stamp on Tottenham.
