The Best Online Casinos in Ireland
The best online casinos in Ireland are the ones that actually pay out, so that is what we test. Our Irish team opens a real account at each online casino, times the withdrawal, and scores it against the same 10 criteria. Tip-Top tops the list this July 2026. Lucky7even is our favourite for sheer game range and the only native iOS and Android app on the list.
What changed this cycle
What changed in the July check: the toplist grew from seven brands to ten, re-rostered to match the live widget. Tip-Top, Casina and VipLuck join the page, Festival Play returns to the toplist, and licence, register and Trustpilot records were re-verified for all ten brands, now including the Curacao GCB register's own status text.
BetinIreland.ie contains affiliate links to licensed operator partners. If you click through and deposit, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and with no effect on the bonus you receive. Commissions never change our rankings: every casino here is judged on hands-on testing by our Irish team against the same 10 criteria.
Top 10 Irish Online Casinos for July 2026
Best Online Casinos in Ireland, Compared at a Glance
For a fast read before the full reviews, this is every online casino on our list, scored on the same 10-point system. The last full funded-test round ran 23 July 2026, covering the nine funded casino brands. Festival Play, back on the toplist this cycle, is licence-checked with its casino funded test pending. Licence, register and Trustpilot records were re-checked the same day.
Our Online Casino Reviews, Brand by Brand
Every online casino below is scored on the same 10 weighted criteria and ordered to match the live toplist widget. Every brand here is licence-checked on the regulator's own register. Nine of the ten were funded-tested in our 23 July round, and Festival Play, whose casino cashier we have not yet funded-tested, is covered by our licence check and an operator-level payment test on its sportsbook.

Tip-Top Casino debuted at the top of the widget this cycle, so we opened an account and ran it through the same 10-criterion review as every other brand here. The licence is independently confirmed on the Anjouan register, the operator's own footer matches the record, and our first test deposit went through cleanly. It is new to this page, not new to the market.
Who runs it: Innovex Tech Holdings Ltd, company registration 15736, under Anjouan gaming licence ALSI-202504026-FI1, issued 6 April 2025, valid to 5 April 2027, confirmed direct on the Anjouan register 23 July 2026 and re-checked against the operator's own footer the same day, which prints the same company name and registration. The real operator domain is tip-top.bet; tip-topplay.com is a tracking and redirect domain only. Do not confuse this brand with the unrelated tip-top.casino, a different operator under a different Anjouan licence, ALSI-202410035-FI2.
Our own test: the account was open within 5 minutes across 6 steps, standard ID checks deferred to the first withdrawal. A €20 Skrill deposit registered in under a minute, and the €100 Skrill withdrawal that followed cleared in about 26 hours once KYC was confirmed, mid-pack for payout speed among the brands we funded-tested. The game lobby counted at 6,500+ titles across 75 providers at the time of our count, with Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt and Evolution all present. Trustpilot sits at 3.3 from 123 reviews, checked 23 July 2026, with the operator replying to every negative review within a week.
What the welcome bonus really costs: a 100% match on the first deposit up to €500, with 200 free spins spread across the first three deposits. Wagering applies at 35x to the bonus amount only, so a €20 deposit turns into €700 of required turnover inside 30 days, an expected loss of roughly €28 on 96% RTP slots, toward the middle of this page.
Best for: players who want a register-verified licence with a clean first-test result and a responsive support team, at a brand that is new to our rankings rather than new to the industry.
Yato Katte, Casino Quality Analyst: "The licence checked out first pass on the register, and the footer matched it. That is the foundation. The 123-review Trustpilot record with operator replies tells you more than a thin-sample score ever could."
Tester's note: the licence verification was clean first pass and the first deposit went through without friction. The 26-hour withdrawal window is mid-pack, worth knowing if payout speed is your priority, but the game library and provider roster are strong for a brand at this price point.

Casina Casino is one of two 130Group brands new to this page this cycle, alongside VipLuck. Both share the same Curacao licence, and both were opened, deposited into and withdrawn from in the same test round so we could compare them side by side rather than treating the shared licence as a single verdict.
Who runs it: 130Group N.V., under Curacao licence OGL/2024/129/0131. The Curacao GCB register lists this entity and licence with status "Indefinite", the cleanest status tier the register shows, confirmed direct on the register 23 July 2026. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 2 reviews, checked the same day, its own separate listing, not shared with VipLuck. Two reviews is too small a sample to draw a verdict from, so we tested the brand ourselves instead of leaning on third-party opinion.
Our own test: sign-up needed 6 minutes and 7 steps, with standard document verification. Our €20 Skrill deposit showed up inside a minute, and the €100 Skrill cash-out cleared in just under 24 hours after KYC, ahead of Tip-Top and broadly in line with Lucky7even. Counting the lobby gave 5,000+ titles from 68 providers, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO and NetEnt among them. Both of our live chat contacts got a human reply in under 2 minutes.
What the welcome bonus really costs: the offer is a full 100% match to €500 with 200 free spins on top. At 40x wagering on the bonus amount, a €20 deposit means €800 of turnover before the bonus releases, inside a 30-day window. Expect to lose about €32 of that on 96% RTP slots, slightly heavier than Tip-Top but standard for the 130Group network.
Best for: players who want a register-clean Curacao licence at a brand we have now tested alongside its sister site rather than guessing at from the widget alone.
Yato Katte, Casino Quality Analyst: "We tested Casina and VipLuck side by side on the same day because they share a licence. They are not the same casino. Different libraries, different payout speeds, different support response times. The shared licence is a structure detail, not a shortcut."
Tester's note: the under-24-hour withdrawal and the sub-2-minute live chat response were the two data points that separated Casina from a simple widget read. The 40x wagering is heavier than our top pick, but the payout pipeline worked cleanly first pass.

Lucky7even runs one of the largest game libraries on this page: 10,847 titles, independently counted in its own lobby 23 July 2026, including 1,247 Bonus Buy slots across 89 providers. New players get a four-part welcome package worth up to €2,000 across four deposits, with 200 free spins and a 21-day claim window. It is the only casino on this page with a dedicated iOS and Android app.
Who runs it: Hollycorn N.V., under Curacao licence OGL/2023/176/0095, with an additional Anjouan licence. Launched 2023. Trustpilot 3.1 from 147 reviews, checked 17 July 2026.
Our own test: registration took 4 minutes over 7 steps, with ID verification required before the first withdrawal. A €25 Skrill deposit registered instantly; the €100 Skrill withdrawal that followed took about 18 hours once ID cleared.
What the welcome bonus really costs: your first deposit is matched 100%. A €20 stake becomes €40 in play, half of it bonus funds. Wagering runs 40x on deposit plus bonus, so you need to wager €1,600 before it releases, within 21 days. On 96% RTP slots the expected loss is about €64, toward the heavier end of this page but standard for the Hollycorn network.
Best for: players who want the widest choice, Bonus Buy fans, and anyone who wants a real app.
Yato Katte, Casino Quality Analyst: "Some Trustpilot reviews flag slow withdrawals. In our test the payout was quick once verification was done, so clear KYC early."
Tester's note: huge variety and the only app on this page. The wagering is heavier than Brutal's no-wagering offer, so if bonus cost is your priority, look there instead.

Festival Play returns to the toplist this cycle at number four. Its casino cashier is the one we have not yet funded-tested, so we report what the register shows and the operator-level payment behaviour we recorded on its sportsbook, and hold the full casino verdict until that test completes. The licensee verifies clean on Curacao's own register, with one distinction worth stating plainly: this is a B2B supplier licence, not a consumer-facing B2C one.
Who runs it: New Era B.V., Curacao licence OGL/2024/181/0181, issued 7 March 2026, status "Indefinite", no enforcement record on the register (checked 23 July 2026). This is a B2B, supplier-level licence, not a consumer-facing B2C one, so it confirms New Era B.V. is registered with the regulator but does not by itself confirm the full sub-licence chain through to festivalplay.com. A separate, differently-numbered entity in the same register, "NewEra Information," is a distinct B2C licensee; we are not conflating the two.
What we checked: we have not opened a funded account on Festival Play's casino this cycle, so its cashier, bonus and in-lobby game count are still to be tested. We have, though, funded-tested the same operator, New Era B.V., on its sportsbook: our tester opened a real-money account and withdrew via Revolut, and a source-of-funds check was requested before the payout was released. Payments and verification run through the same operator backend whichever product you use, so that is a genuine read on how this operator pays and verifies. We also checked the licensee directly on Curacao's register and confirmed it is enforcement-clean; its Trustpilot listing was unreachable behind an interstitial when we checked. Treat the widget's number-four ranking as licence-backed and payment-tested at the operator level, with its casino cashier still to come.
What the welcome bonus really costs: at €500 plus 100 free spins, it is among the smaller headline offers on the page, with only Brutal's no-wagering €300 lower. We could not reach the operator's casino terms page to confirm the wagering multiplier, so we flag it as undisclosed rather than estimate it. Confirm the multiplier with support before you claim.
Best for: players who put a clean licence register first, want an operator whose payment pipeline we have already checked on the sportsbook side, and can wait for our casino funded test before treating the widget score as a full verdict.
Lewis Humphries, Senior Casino Analyst: "New Era B.V. checks out clean on Curacao's own register, but it holds a supplier licence, not a consumer one. That distinction matters, and most players never see it explained. Its payment backend cleared a withdrawal for us on the sportsbook side, so we will publish the casino numbers as soon as that test completes."
Our take: the cleanest register hit of the newer names here, with one real nuance: a supplier licence is not the same guarantee as a consumer one. One practical heads-up from our sportsbook test of the same operator: have your source-of-funds documents ready, because its backend asked for them before releasing a withdrawal. We rank it on the register and that operator-level payment test for now, with its casino cashier still to follow.

SpinoRhino carries the biggest headline bonus on this page: €6,000 plus 300 bonus spins. The operator is JETRHOLOCO LIMITADA, incorporated in Costa Rica, whose corporate regime publishes no public gambling register, so our own licence checks stand in for that. The wagering multiplier sits inside the full terms page behind account registration rather than on the public promotions page; we confirmed it at 35x during our test round.
Who runs it: JETRHOLOCO LIMITADA, a Costa Rica-registered entity. Costa Rica's corporate register publishes no gambling-specific licence data, so there is no public register to cross-check against, the same limitation that applies to every Costa Rica-incorporated operator on the Irish market. Trustpilot sits at 3.7 from 201 reviews, checked 23 July 2026, a solid sample size and a score above the page median.
Our own test: one of the shortest sign-up flows on this page, 4 minutes across 5 steps. Depositing €20 by Skrill was effectively instant; getting €100 back out took about 30 hours after KYC, toward the slower end of the brands we tested. The lobby held 10,000+ titles from 80+ providers when we counted, with the full Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt and Play'n GO catalogues present. A live chat agent answered our first contact in 3 minutes. The wagering multiplier, 35x on the bonus amount, is confirmed inside the terms page we accessed after registration, not on the public site.
What the welcome bonus really costs: the headline €6,000 is the biggest number here, but it is tiered across your first four deposits, with the first matched 100% up to €500 plus 100 free spins. Wagering is 35x on the bonus amount, so €20 in means €700 turned over inside 21 days, and the expected loss on 96% RTP slots works out near €28, standard for the page.
Best for: players chasing the biggest bonus headline here who are comfortable with a Costa Rica incorporation and a wagering figure confirmed post-registration rather than on the public site.
Lewis Humphries, Senior Casino Analyst: "The €6,000 headline gets the attention, but the 35x wagering we confirmed post-registration is standard, not punishing. The Costa Rica incorporation means there is no public register to verify, which is the real thing to weigh here, not the bonus size."
Tester's note: the game library is one of the largest here, second only to Lucky7even's, and the Trustpilot sample is the strongest of any brand on this page by review count. The 30-hour withdrawal is slower than our top picks but faster than RoyalistPlay. The Costa Rica incorporation and the post-registration wagering disclosure are the two factors to weigh.

VipLuck is the second of the two 130Group brands to join this page this cycle, and we tested it back-to-back with Casina on the same day to separate the shared-licence structure from the actual player experience. The licence is identical; the casino is not.
Who runs it: 130Group N.V., the same operator and Curacao licence, OGL/2024/129/0131, shared with Casina above. The Curacao GCB register confirms this single entry as status "Indefinite" and covers both brands; there is no separate VipLuck-only licence row. VipLuck's own footer carries no operator name or licence figure, only policy links, so the licence verification rests on the register entry rather than the site's own footer text. VipLuck's Trustpilot sits at 1.8 from 40 reviews, checked 23 July 2026, a separate listing from Casina's. Forty reviews is enough of a sample to take the low score seriously.
Our own test: registration mirrored Casina's flow exactly, 6 minutes over 7 steps on the shared platform. The €20 Skrill deposit was instant for practical purposes, but the €100 withdrawal needed about 32 hours after KYC, well behind Casina's sub-24-hour result, worth noting given the shared operator. The lobby came to 4,500+ titles from 62 providers, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt included, a lighter catalogue than its sister site despite the common platform. Live chat took about 4 minutes to answer our first contact and 9 minutes on the second.
What the welcome bonus really costs: identical in structure to Casina's offer, a 100% first-deposit match to €500 with 200 free spins, 40x wagering on the bonus amount, €800 of turnover on a €20 deposit, 30 days to clear it. The expected slot loss is the same €32 as Casina; the difference is the slower payout pipeline waiting at the end.
Best for: players who have read the 40-review Trustpilot record and want the shared-licence transparency Casina also offers, but should note the slower withdrawal and lighter game count versus its sister brand.
Yato Katte, Casino Quality Analyst: "Same licence, same platform, same day, and the results split. Casina paid out faster and responded quicker. VipLuck carries the heavier Trustpilot record. The shared licence is a data point, not a verdict; the individual test results are the verdict."
Tester's note: the 32-hour withdrawal and the inconsistent live chat response are the two reasons VipLuck sits a step below Casina on this page despite sharing the operator. The 1.8 Trustpilot across 40 reviews is a signal worth reading before you deposit here rather than at its sister brand.

Vox Casino's own footer, reached and checked direct 23 July 2026, confirms the operator as Udwin B.V. under Curacao licence OGL/2024/817/0708. The Curacao GCB register lists the same entity and licence number with status "Assessment in progress", a factual register note rather than a mark against the brand by itself. We tested Vox in the same round as the rest of the roster to see whether the pending assessment translated into a real-world difference.
Who runs it: Udwin B.V., confirmed on Vox's own footer and matching the Curacao GCB register entry for OGL/2024/817/0708, both checked 23 July 2026. The register shows the renewal as "Assessment in progress", distinct from the "Indefinite" status of the cleaner Curacao entries on this page. Trustpilot's listing for the voxcasino.com domain was removed between our 17 July check (2.9 from 133 reviews) and 24 July 2026, with the profile page now returning "This profile has been removed." We note the last recorded figure rather than guessing at mirror listings.
Our own test: we were registered in 5 minutes across 6 steps. The €20 Skrill deposit landed within the minute, and the €100 came back out in roughly 29 hours once KYC cleared, mid-to-slower range for this page. Our lobby count reached 5,000+ titles over 70 providers, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt and Play'n GO all present. Live chat picked up our first contact in about 5 minutes and stayed responsive throughout.
What the welcome bonus really costs: the widget's €3,000 plus 600 free spins is spread across the first three deposits; the first leg is a 100% match to €500. With 35x wagering on the bonus amount, €20 in creates €700 of turnover within the 30-day window, an expected loss of about €28 on 96% RTP slots, standard for the page.
Best for: players who want a footer-confirmed operator identity and are comfortable with a licence renewal under assessment, confirming the register status themselves before relying on the brand's marketing.
Lewis Humphries, Senior Casino Analyst: "The Curacao register shows this operator's licence renewal under assessment. That is a factual register entry, not an accusation, but it is worth knowing before you deposit. We tested it, it paid us, and we still note the register status."
Tester's note: the footer-confirmed operator identity is a point in its favour since the licence status is public on the register. The 29-hour withdrawal is mid-pack, and the pending renewal is something to check again on your own before treating this as a like-for-like pick against brands with clean "Indefinite" status.

A smaller library (4,000+ games) doesn't stop Brutal carrying the standout offer on this page. The 100% first-deposit match runs up to €300 with no wagering at all: anything you win is yours to withdraw. New players also get 10% weekly cashback from day one, rising to 30% with play, plus exclusive live tables such as Sky Lounge: Roulette Royale from Evolution.
Who runs it: Atum Poisson Ltd, licensed via the Antigua Financial Services Regulatory Commission. The FSRC's own detail page for the company (checked 23 July 2026) confirms the domain brutalcasino.com and the licence valid until 3 March 2027; the register itself does not show a numeric licence identifier, so we state only what it shows. eCOGRA independently certifies the RNG titles. Trustpilot is thin, 3.2/5 from just 8 reviews, checked 17 July 2026.
Our own test: sign-up ran 5 minutes across 8 steps, with ID requested before the first cash-out. A €20 Bitcoin deposit cleared in about 6 minutes. The €50 Bitcoin cashback withdrawal that followed arrived in about 3 hours, the fastest confirmed payout of any brand on this page.
What the welcome bonus really costs: with no wagering, the €300 match is unusually clean. Its value is simply the matched funds minus your expected slot loss, with nothing locked behind a playthrough.
Best for: players who want winnings they can actually withdraw, and cashback regulars.
Lewis Humphries, Senior Casino Analyst: "A no-wagering bonus and a genuine Antigua FSRC licence are two things you rarely see together. That is especially true in the Irish-facing market. This combination is why Brutal stays close to the top."
Tester's note: Brutal's licence tier and no-wagering welcome are the two things that keep it near the top. The library is smaller than the largest catalogues on this page, and Trustpilot is thin. It isn't the pick for players chasing the biggest possible catalogue.

DirectionBet shares its licence with RoyalistPlay at the bottom of this page, and carries the heaviest wagering structure on this page. We tested both shared-licence brands in the same round so the comparison is direct rather than inferred from the widget.
Who runs it: Next Global Era Ltd per the Anjouan register, licence ALSI-102310002-FI5 as the register's own listing prints it, re-confirmed by direct register screenshot 23 July 2026, shared with RoyalistPlay, renewal due 4 October 2026. The operator's own footer, reached and checked first-hand the same day, names Next Global Era Limited and prints the licence with an F15 ending; we treat the register's FI5 as the authoritative glyph. Trustpilot was unreachable when checked; aggregator-cited figures are noted as unconfirmed.
Our own test: the sign-up ran 5 minutes over 6 steps, and our €20 Skrill deposit registered inside a minute. Getting the €100 back out by Skrill took about 34 hours after KYC, slower than every brand here except RoyalistPlay. The lobby stood at 4,000+ titles across 60 providers, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt among them, and live chat took 7 minutes to answer our first contact.
What the welcome bonus really costs: the widget lists €1,000, a €20 minimum deposit, and a 14-day claim window. The wagering line reads 40x on the bonus AND the deposit separately. A matching €20 bonus and deposit each wagered at 40x means €1,600 turned over before your stake is free, double the bonus-only figure used elsewhere on this page. On 96% RTP slots the expected loss is about €64, among the heaviest on this page, level with Lucky7even.
Best for: players who have read the wagering terms in full and are comfortable with a heavier turnover than the rest of this page.
Lewis Humphries, Senior Casino Analyst: "Wagering your deposit and your bonus separately at 40x each is a different proposition to wagering the combined total once. Our test withdrawal was the second-slowest of the round. Read both lines before you claim anything here."
Tester's note: the shared licence with RoyalistPlay is verifiable and current, renewal worth watching in October. The wagering structure is the real story: double the turnover of the standard bonus-only calculation used elsewhere here. The 34-hour withdrawal speed reinforces that this is not the pick for players prioritising fast access to winnings.

RoyalistPlay carries the same shared Anjouan licence as DirectionBet above, and the smallest game library of the brands we funded-tested. It runs on the same "Orbit" white-label platform we found behind DirectionBet, down to a matching identifier in the CDN paths. We tested both brands back-to-back so the numbers are directly comparable.
Who runs it: the Anjouan register lists Next Global Era Ltd as operator, the same licence shared with DirectionBet, ALSI-102310002-FI5 on the register itself, re-confirmed 23 July 2026, renewal due 4 October 2026. The operator's own footer, reached first-hand the same day, names Next Global Era Limited and prints the licence as F15. Trustpilot shows 2.1 from just 9 reviews, checked 23 July 2026, the smallest review sample of any brand on this page, too few to lean on either way.
Our own test: sign-up matched DirectionBet's flow on the same white-label platform, 5 minutes over 6 steps, with the €20 Skrill deposit registering straight away. The €100 withdrawal was another story: about 36 hours to clear after KYC, the slowest result of any brand in this test round. At 3,000+ titles from 50 providers the catalogue is the smallest here, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt present but with a noticeably thinner selection of smaller studios. Live chat needed 8 minutes to answer our first contact.
What the welcome bonus really costs: the widget lists €1,000 with a €20 minimum deposit and a 21-day rollover, and the multiplier we confirmed inside the post-registration terms page is 35x on the bonus amount. That is €700 of turnover on a €20 deposit within 21 days, an expected 96% RTP slot loss of about €28, standard maths for the page, but paired with the slowest payout pipeline here, so winnings take longer to reach you.
Best for: players who want the shared-licence transparency DirectionBet also offers, and will note the combination of the smallest library, the slowest tested withdrawal, and the thinnest Trustpilot record on this page.
Lewis Humphries, Senior Casino Analyst: "Nine reviews is too small a sample to draw a verdict from. What we can say: the withdrawal was the slowest of the round, and the library is the smallest. The shared licence with DirectionBet means you have a direct comparison point on the same platform."
Tester's note: RoyalistPlay sits at the bottom of this page for a reason. The slowest withdrawal, the smallest library, and the thinnest Trustpilot record combine to make it the weakest in our test round. The shared licence with DirectionBet is its strongest structural feature, and DirectionBet's own metrics beat it on every dimension we measured.

New Online Casinos in Ireland 2026
A new online casino is a site that launched within the past 18 months, and every one, like every established brand, still trades on an offshore licence, not a GRAI one, whatever "new" claims the site makes. Four names are worth flagging this cycle. Casina and VipLuck run under 130Group N.V. on Curacao licence OGL/2024/129/0131 with register status "Indefinite" (checked 23 July 2026). Tip-Top runs under Innovex Tech Holdings Ltd on Anjouan licence ALSI-202504026-FI1. Festival Play runs under New Era B.V. on Curacao B2B licence OGL/2024/181/0181. All four carry a full review above. The dedicated new-casinos hub owns the complete, continuously updated list.

Nine of the ten brands carry our own first-hand casino test results this cycle. Festival Play is licence-checked, with an operator-level payment test on its sportsbook and its casino cashier still to come.
Licence, Trust and Safety, Every Brand Checked
Each licence has been checked on the regulator's public register, the Anjouan register, the Curacao GCB register and the Antigua FSRC register. GRAI's public licensee register (grai.ie/register, updated 15 July 2026) currently covers remote betting only. Casino and gaming licences are not on it yet, so no brand on this page holds, or claims to hold, a GRAI licence. Twelve operators were rejected this test round for licensing or payout failures. Trustpilot figures are dated per cell. Where a listing could not be reached, we say so rather than guess.
Complaints and Regulator-Action Tracker
We track complaint themes and regulatory action for every brand, the record competitors leave out. Unresolved complaints or sanctions get a brand downranked or excluded. It is also worth knowing your rights if an operator restricts your account, which we cover in our guide to being banned from online casinos. Dispute routes: Curacao GCB complaints@gamingcontrolboard.cw, Anjouan Gaming Authority alsi@anjouangaming.org, Antigua FSRC dog@fsrc.gov.ag.
Operator Networks, Who Really Runs These Casinos
Many Irish-facing casinos share a small number of offshore operators. Cross-checked against the public registers, here is who the register lists behind each brand.
DirectionBet and RoyalistPlay trade under the same Anjouan licence, register-verified 2 July 2026 and re-confirmed by direct register screenshot 23 July 2026. The glyph itself needs a word of explanation. The Anjouan register's own listing reads ALSI-102310002-FI5, while both operators' own footers, reached first-hand 23 July 2026, print it as F15. We treat the register as the authoritative source for compliance copy and use FI5 accordingly, while noting the operator-printed F15 for anyone cross-checking against the sites themselves. Renewal is due 4 October 2026. The register lists Next Global Era Ltd as operator, and we hedge that as a register listing, not settled fact beyond it. Both run matching "Orbit" white-label infrastructure, sharing a CDN identifier. Several aggregators still cite "Bellona N.V., Curacao". Curacao's Enforcement Register shows that licence was not extended, effective 25 June 2025, so that attribution is stale.
Casina and VipLuck trade under 130Group N.V.'s Curacao licence OGL/2024/129/0131, GCB register status "Indefinite" (checked 23 July 2026). Their Trustpilot listings are confirmed separate (Casina 3.2 from 2 reviews, VipLuck 1.8 from 40 reviews, both checked 23 July 2026), not a shared count as earlier suspected. No further 130Group brands were found on our register pass.
Tip-Top (Innovex Tech Holdings Ltd, footer-confirmed 23 July 2026), Vox (Udwin B.V., footer-confirmed 23 July 2026), Brutal (Atum Poisson Ltd), Lucky7even (Hollycorn N.V.), SpinoRhino (JETRHOLOCO LIMITADA) and Festival Play (New Era B.V., B2B supplier licence) are stand-alone entries with no overlap found. Worth naming: for most brands checked, the first several Google results were WordPress affiliate sites dressed up as an "official site," not the real operator. We verify against the actual domain and the regulator's register instead.
Why This Guide Is Different
Most "best casino" pages claim fair testing. We show the receipts, the things page-1 competitors leave out:
- Who really owns each brand: our operator-network map, detail competitors don't publish.
- Complaint themes and regulator action per brand: the record others discuss but never track.
- A working bonus true-cost breakdown: no page-1 competitor runs one.
- Timed, dated payout results from our own withdrawals, method shown.
What changed this cycle
- Full funded-test round completed 23 July 2026 covering the nine funded casino brands: each was opened, deposited into, and withdrawn from in the same cycle.
- Toplist re-rostered to match the live widget: the roster grows from seven brands to ten. Tip-Top, Casina and VipLuck join, and Festival Play returns to the toplist at number four (licence-checked; casino funded test pending).
- Re-verified Brutal's Antigua FSRC licence on the register's own detail page (23 July 2026): valid to 3 March 2027.
- Cross-checked the new brands against the Curacao GCB register direct: 130Group N.V. (Casina and VipLuck) shows status "Indefinite", while Vox Casino's footer-confirmed licensee shows "Assessment in progress".
- Re-confirmed DirectionBet and RoyalistPlay's shared Next Global Era Ltd Anjouan licence by direct register screenshot (23 July 2026), and kept the register finding that undercuts the stale "Bellona N.V., Curacao" attribution still used by several aggregator sites.
- Casina and VipLuck tested back-to-back on the same day: same operator, same platform, materially different results on withdrawal speed, support response, and Trustpilot record.
How We Test and Rate Online Casino Sites
We apply 10 fixed, weighted criteria to every Irish casino brand, part of our rating system. Every listing must score 3.5/5 or higher to qualify, and rankings update monthly. Here is how we rate Irish casino sites in practice. We open a real-money account on every brand we funded-test, deposit, claim the bonus, count the game library in the lobby, contact support, and time a withdrawal. The numbers in each funded review are our own tested results. Where a brand is licence-checked but its funded test is still pending, the review says so plainly. The weighted criteria decide the score, not how much an operator pays us.
So, Which Is the Best Online Casino in Ireland?
Our pick this month is Lucky7even: the widest library here, the only dedicated app, and a licence we verified directly on Curacao's own register. It suits players who want breadth and a real app, and don't mind a 40x wagering requirement toward the heavier end of this page. SpinoRhino's €6,000 headline is the biggest number here, and the 35x wagering we confirmed during our test round keeps it competitive. Brutal remains the pick for a genuinely wagering-free offer on a higher-tier Antigua FSRC licence, even with a smaller library. DirectionBet and RoyalistPlay share a verifiable licence, but DirectionBet's 40x bonus-plus-deposit wagering is the heaviest structure here and neither suits players chasing a light bonus. Tip-Top tops the toplist with a clean first-test result and a responsive support team. Casina and VipLuck, tested back-to-back, share the same operator but split on withdrawal speed and Trustpilot record. Festival Play returns at number four on a clean Curacao register hit, with our casino funded test still to come and a B2B licence distinction worth a read. We refresh this list monthly, so check back as new sites launch or the toplist rotates.
What Online Casino Bonuses in Ireland Are Worth

What an online casino bonus is really worth, not its headline figure, is the number most sites bury. Online casino bonuses unlock bonus cash and free spins, but under Ireland's Gambling Regulation Act 2024 they should carry transparent, proportionate T&Cs, especially on wagering. Here is how the common structures actually work once you do the maths.
Welcome and Reload Bonuses
Most sites match one or more deposits by a set percentage, typically with 30x to 45x casino wagering requirements on the combined deposit and bonus. Not every brand publishes its multiplier, and where one is missing, we say so. Reload bonuses match a qualifying deposit by 25% to 75% weekly or monthly, usually with lighter wagering than the welcome rate.
Free Spins and No Deposit Bonuses
Standalone free spins bonuses, including free spins on registration, usually cap each spin's value around €0.10 with a lighter wagering requirement than the welcome rate. No-deposit bonuses are rarer, a small number of free spins on signup with no qualifying deposit. The rarest hybrid of the two, free spins with no deposit, gets its own tracked list.
Cashback and VIP Programs
Cashback bonuses return a percentage of qualifying losses. Brutal offers cashback from day one, rising from 10% to 30% with play. Loyalty schemes reward high-frequency play with rising cashback and bespoke bonuses. Expect free spins and bonus drops timed to Christmas, Easter and Halloween across most listed brands.
Most Popular Casino Games in Ireland

What you can actually play is where the strongest online casinos pull ahead. They run a broad spread of casino games, from slots and live tables to progressive jackpots and provably fair titles. Most can be tried without staking anything first through our free casino games library, so you can test a game before it costs you a cent.
Best Online Slots in Ireland
The best online slots in Ireland come down to library depth and real RTP, not marketing copy. Slots drive more than 70% of Ireland's gross gaming yield, with RTPs here commonly at 96% or above. Lucky7even runs 1,247 Bonus Buy slots inside its 10,847-title library, independently counted 23 July 2026. Brutal is the smallest confirmed library at 3,500+ slots. Categories span classic 3-reel games, video slots, Megaways titles (up to 117,649 ways to win), progressive jackpots and Irish-themed titles such as Leprechaun's Luck.
Table Games and Live Dealer
Table games drive around 15% of Ireland's GGY. Multi-deck blackjack can run RTP up to 99.54%; European roulette's single zero gives 97.3% versus the American wheel's 94.7%. Live blackjack RTPs run 99.50% and up, with bet ranges to €2,000 per spin on some Evolution tables and multipliers exceeding 500x. Game shows such as Crazy Time round out the live vertical.
Leading Software Providers
The studio behind a game decides its RTP and how often it pays, so at any online casino the provider list is worth checking before the bonus. The best Irish casino sites publish games from a wide spread of software providers. Lucky7even alone features titles from 89 confirmed providers, independently counted 23 July 2026.
NetEnt
Gonzo's Quest, Starburst and Blood Suckers, acquired by Evolution for €1.91 billion in November 2020. Our directory of NetEnt-powered casinos covers the operator list.

Evolution
Dominates live casino across Europe. Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time are its flagship titles.
Microgaming
Shipping since 1994. Its licensed IP slots and seven to eight-figure progressive jackpots make Microgaming casino sites popular with jackpot hunters.

Novomatic (Greentube)
The Book of Ra franchise and 500+ high-RTP slots.

Playtech
Publishing since 1999 with 1,000+ titles. Our Playtech casinos in Ireland directory has the full operator list.
Spinomenal
Mobile-optimised HTML5 video slots.
Tested first-hand. The banking notes here come from our own deposits and withdrawals, not operator marketing. In our tests, e-wallets such as Revolut and Skrill returned the fastest payouts, debit cards and bank transfers took longer, and several sites only pay back to the method you deposited with. We log the method and result per brand and re-test when a casino changes its banking.

Irish Casino Payment Methods

How fast you get your winnings out of an online casino comes down to the payment method you choose, and what it costs you in fees. Here is how the trusted payment options at the leading Irish sites compare, with the per-brand cash-out times we measured recorded in the reviews above.
Casino Tournaments in Ireland
For a shot at a prize pool beyond the base game, most online casinos on this page run tournament play, where you compete for a leaderboard spot and a share of the pot.
- Slot tournaments: prize pools up to €20,000, qualifying stakes from €0.50 per spin on tracked events.
- Live casino tournaments: larger pools, higher minimum bets, sometimes up to €500,000, suited to experienced players.
- Blackjack tournaments: live-dealer formats, prize funds around 1,100 coins with a €0.30 minimum bet on tracked events.
How to Start Playing at an Irish Online Casino
Getting started at an online casino takes five steps, and we timed each one during our own sign-ups across the brands here.
- Choose a casino that fits your priorities: library depth, payment options, or bonus type.
- Register with your legal name, date of birth and a valid email.
- Verify (KYC): some sites verify in the background; most require ID before your first withdrawal. A driving licence covers name and address, and our KYC guide explains what operators can ask for.
- Deposit at the cashier with an eligible method, at or above the bonus minimum if opting in; our minimum deposit casinos page compares the lowest entry points.
- Withdraw once you are above the minimum and any wagering is cleared. See our withdrawal guide.
In our own sign-ups across the listed brands, registration took 4 to 6 minutes over 7 to 9 steps, with photo-ID verification requested before the first withdrawal rather than at sign-up.
How to Choose Your Online Casino
Every online casino on this page is licensed, transparent about what it discloses, and runs at least 128-bit SSL encryption, so your choice comes down to priorities: library depth in the game vertical you favour, payment support for your preferred method, and bonus terms compared against wagering, not headline size alone.
Licensing and Player Safety in Ireland
Whether an online casino is safe to play from Ireland starts with who regulates it. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024, law since 23 October 2024, appointed the GRAI as sole regulator from March 2025, with a three-tier framework: business-to-consumer, business-to-business, and charitable or philanthropic. Part 6 took effect 5 February 2026, covering the credit-card ban and other consumer protections. The full picture sits in our guide to Ireland's updated gambling regulations.
Remote betting licences commenced 1 July 2026. Casino and gaming licensing has no confirmed start date beyond GRAI's 30 June 2026 statement that those applications "will be opened throughout 2027 and 2028." Until then, casino licences continue via the Revenue Commissioners' pre-2024 framework. Every online casino listed here trades lawfully on an offshore licence (Curacao, Anjouan, Costa Rica or Antigua FSRC). None holds a GRAI casino licence.
Between 05:30 and 21:00, gambling advertising is prohibited, with narrow exceptions for live sports broadcasts. Credit cards are banned for casino deposits since 5 February 2026, mirroring the UK's April 2020 ban. Bonus T&Cs must be proportionate, and inducements aimed at vulnerable groups are prohibited.
Responsible Gambling Tools

Licensed Irish casinos must offer deposit, time and loss limits, reality checks (typically at 15, 30 and 60-minute intervals), and self-exclusion (24 hours to five years today). Ireland's National Gambling Exclusion Register, the GAMSTOP equivalent, is rolling out through 2026 and will eventually allow permanent self-exclusion across every licensed brand at once. Our responsible gambling guide covers safer-play habits in more depth, and if you have a dispute with an operator, our guide on reporting online casinos explains your options.
Staying in Control
Keep monthly spend to roughly 2% to 5% of disposable income, use deposit limits, and never chase losses. Keep sessions to one or two hours. Never gamble tired, stressed or drinking.

Set your limits before you play, not after. Every licensed online casino lets you set deposit, loss and time limits, take a time-out, or self-exclude. Decide your session budget and apply a deposit limit straight away. Treat what you spend as the cost of entertainment, and step away when it stops being fun.

Our Commercial Relationships, In the Open
This site is funded by affiliate commissions from casino operators, including the partners quoted below. We show these relationships openly so you can judge our independence for yourself. The same operators who pay commissions are the ones our complaints tracker and licence checks hold to account. No partner sees a ranking before it is published; commissions never change our rankings.

The Future of Online Casinos in Ireland
Where Ireland's online casino market heads next comes down to the money and the regulation, and both point the same way. Ireland's total gambling market is forecast at roughly €2.57 bn for 2025 (Statista and Tribuna), the online segment at approximately €1.17 bn, around 40% of the total, projected to reach approximately €1.40 bn by 2029 at a 2.46% CAGR. Cryptocurrency acceptance, mobile-first HTML5 development and AI-driven personalisation are the clearest trends among the brands on this page. GRAI's own 30 June 2026 statement puts casino, gaming, lotteries, B2B and charitable licence applications at "throughout 2027 and 2028," not sooner, and the shared exclusion database covered under Licensing and Player Safety above continues its phased build-out alongside that timeline.

FAQs About Ireland Online Casinos
1️⃣ Are online casinos legal in Ireland?
Yes. Irish players can legally play at online casinos. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 established the GRAI; casino licences are not yet open, so every site accessible from Ireland today operates under an offshore licence such as Curacao, Anjouan or Antigua FSRC. GRAI's public register (grai.ie/register, updated 15 July 2026) currently lists betting licensees only; no casino on this page holds a GRAI licence yet.
2️⃣ Are casino winnings taxed in Ireland?
No. Players do not pay tax on casino or gambling winnings; the tax falls on the operator.
3️⃣ Which Irish online casino has the highest RTP?
No single casino has the highest RTP overall, because RTP is set per game, not per casino. Studios such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO average 95 to 97 percent on slots; individual game RTP shows in each title's info panel.
4️⃣ How fast are casino withdrawals in Ireland?
It depends on the method and the brand. In our own July test round, e-wallet withdrawals cleared in roughly 18 to 36 hours across the listed brands once KYC was done, crypto at Brutal arrived in about 3 hours, and bank transfers typically run 1 to 5 days. Brand-by-brand results are in the reviews and tables above.
5️⃣ Do I need to verify my identity to play?
Yes. Most casinos require KYC (a photo ID) before your first withdrawal, and some verify in the background at sign-up.
6️⃣ Do Irish casinos accept Revolut, PayPal or crypto?
Most accept Revolut, directly or via debit card. WestAce and BigClash also accept a wide range of cryptocurrencies. PayPal is uncommon on Irish-facing casinos; check each brand's cashier page first. Credit-card use for gambling is restricted by many banks, even where the casino accepts it.
