The Best Online Casinos In Ireland For October 2026

Inky.bet (5.0) tops our October 2026 ranking of the best online casinos in Ireland, with Alexander (4.9) and GoldenPlay (4.8) close behind. Our team has tested more than 50 real-money casino sites against the same 10 criteria, from the licence to how withdrawals actually work, and these 10 made the list. Online casino licences from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) aren’t available yet, so we check each casino’s international licence on its regulator’s register instead.

This guide is for adults in Ireland choosing a real-money online casino. A named team of real casino analysts, not algorithms, checks the terms, the licences and the payouts behind every ranking. Here is what we checked for this update:

  • Terms: we read each casino's bonus, payment and responsible gambling pages on 8 and 9 October 2026, and rechecked the headline terms on 11 October.
  • Licences: we looked up every licence on its regulator's register, most recently on 11 October 2026.
  • Withdrawals: in October 2026, we deposited €50 and made a withdrawal at every casino except Beazt, timing each one from request to arrival. Each result is a single test.
  • Game counts: figures are either the casino's own ("says it offers", "lists") or our own counts of the lobbies on 9 October 2026, so treat them as approximate.
  • Apps: Puntit's iPhone app is listed on the Irish App Store (checked 11 October 2026).
  • How to read the figures: "in our test" is our own result, "the casino states" is the operator's information, licence details come from the official registers, and the "a €20 deposit means…" lines are our own calculations.

Best Online Casinos in Ireland: Our Top 10 Reviewed (October 2026)

Each review covers the welcome bonus, the games, payments, the licence and who the casino suits, in the same order as the toplist. The rating at the top of each review is the same score as in the toplist, based on our 10 criteria. The "Before you sign up" column lists the terms most likely to surprise you after you deposit. Bonus amounts and terms change often, so check the current offer with the casino before you sign up.

Bonus:

CashbackUp to 20% daily

Inky.bet ranks first because it combines the most player-friendly bonus and cashback terms on our list. The first deposit is matched 150%, the joint highest match here, and wagering applies to the bonus only, so a €20 deposit needs €1,200 of play rather than the €2,000 it would take if your deposit counted too. Cashback and rakeback carry no wagering at all, so whatever comes back can be withdrawn.

Inky.bet casino games lobby with a welcome pack of 325% up to €3000 plus 150 free spins, showing Buffalo King Megaways, Le Pharaoh, Book of Dead, Ice Bass and Royal Joker.

Daily cashback is worth 5% to 20% of your losses, depending on your VIP level, and starts once you reach the Reel Club tier. It only applies on days your balance is under €10, so treat it as a partial refund rather than something to plan your play around. The trade-off is payout speed: Inky.bet states 4 to 7 working days for withdrawals, and our Revolut test took 3 days.

Welcome bonus

€3,000 plus 150 free spins over three deposits: 150% up to €500 plus 75 spins, 100% up to €1,000 plus 75 spins, then 75% up to €1,500. You opt in to each stage in My Bonuses before you deposit.

  • Terms: €20 minimum per stage, 40x the bonus, 7 days per stage, €5 maximum bet
  • Games that count: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games 0%

A €20 first deposit brings a €30 bonus and €1,200 of wagering in 7 days, about €171 a day.

18+ | New players only | T&Cs apply | Play responsibly: GamblingCare.ie 1800 936 725

Games and mobile

We counted over 4,000 games from 63 providers on 9 October 2026, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Play'n GO. On mobile, you can install Inky.bet as a web app from your phone's browser.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €20 by Visa or Mastercard debit (up to €1,000), Revolut, bank transfer, Apple Pay (up to €500) or crypto
  • Withdraw: from €40, back to the method you deposited with (card, Revolut, bank transfer or crypto)
  • Limits: €2,500 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, with card withdrawals capped at €2,000 each; no casino fees
  • Times: the casino states 4 to 7 working days; our Revolut withdrawal in October 2026 took 3 days from request to arrival

Licence and safer-play tools

Inky.bet holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202509069-FI2, listed as valid on the Anjouan register when we checked on 11 October 2026.

Who it suits: regular slot players who want cashback they can withdraw. It's less suitable if you want fast payouts or mainly play table games, which count 0% towards the bonus.

Pros
icon No-wagering cashback and rakeback
icon Wagering on the bonus only
icon Revolut and Apple Pay deposits
Before you sign up
icon Each bonus stage lasts only 7 days
icon Each deposit must be played through once before you can withdraw
icon The minimum withdrawal is €40

CashbackPaid as cash

Alexander ranks second because its welcome bonus asks the least of you each day among the five offers that also wager your deposit: about €40 a day over 30 days on a €20 deposit, against €47 to €200 a day elsewhere. It also states one of the shorter processing times on our list, 12 working hours, and pays cashback as cash with no wagering.

Alexander Casino lobby showing exclusive games Treasure of Alexander and SkyLounge Roulette Royale, plus a max wagering contribution row with Bells of Glory and Crack More Piggy Banks.

The limitations are that Alexander doesn't publish its cashback rate and withdrawals can't go to debit cards, so you'll need another method, such as crypto, to get paid.

Welcome bonus

A 100% match up to €100 plus 100 free spins on Treasure of Alexander, on your first deposit.

  • Terms: €20 minimum, claim in the Bonus menu within 3 days, 30x the deposit and bonus, 30 days, €5 maximum bet
  • Free spins: valid for 48 hours, winnings at 35x
  • Games that count: slots 100%, live roulette 15%, live blackjack 10%, other table games 0%

A €20 deposit with a €20 bonus means €1,200 of wagering in 30 days, about €40 a day, the slowest required pace of the deposit-plus-bonus offers here.

Loyalty: Alexander's six-level programme adds bonuses of €100 to €500 at the higher levels.

18+ | New players only | T&Cs apply | Play responsibly: GamblingCare.ie 1800 936 725

Games and mobile

Alexander says it offers over 2,000 games, mostly from Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Yggdrasil, with live casino from Evolution. There's no app, so on mobile you play in your phone's browser.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €20 by card, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer or crypto (up to €1,750 by card, €5,000 in crypto)
  • Withdraw: up to €10,000 a week. Payouts can't go to debit cards (card payouts go only to credit cards issued in the euro zone), so plan to withdraw by another method, such as crypto
  • Times: the casino states 12 working hours to process, then 3 to 5 working days; our Bitcoin withdrawal in October 2026 arrived in 5 hours

Licence and safer-play tools

Alexander holds Anjouan licence ALSI-142406012-FI1 (Samaki Limited, shared with DublinBet), valid until 1 June 2027 when we checked on 11 October 2026. You can set deposit limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion in your account.

Who it suits: slot players who want time to complete a bonus and are happy to withdraw by crypto. It's less suitable if you want winnings paid to a debit card.

Pros
icon Cashback paid as cash, with no wagering
icon About €40 a day of wagering, over 30 days
icon Self-service limits and cool-offs
Before you sign up
icon Withdrawals can't go to debit cards
icon Free spins expire after 48 hours
icon Log in within 48 hours to collect each cashback payment

Bonus:
€555+ 100 free spins

Min deposit€10

Wagering35x bonus only

Free spins100

Games1,907

GoldenPlay's welcome bonus needs €700 of play on a €20 deposit, the joint lowest figure of any welcome offer on our list, and you get 30 days to complete it where several casinos here give you a week. You can also claim it from a €10 deposit. That combination of low wagering and time to complete it is why GoldenPlay ranks third.

GoldenPlay welcome offer of a 100% bonus up to €555 plus 100 free spins on Book of Dead with bonus code GOLDEN100, €10 minimum deposit and x35 wagering shown.

The site doesn't show a licence or an operating company, and we found no matching entry on the Tobique register, which costs GoldenPlay points under our most heavily weighted criterion. It also states up to 10 business days for card withdrawals, though our Skrill withdrawal arrived in 34 hours.

Welcome bonus

A 100% match up to €555 plus 100 free spins on Book of Dead, with code GOLDEN100.

  • Terms: €10 minimum, 35x the bonus, 30 days; only the first €2 of each bet counts towards wagering
  • Caps: bonus winnings capped at 5x the bonus; free spin winnings at 40x, capped at €200
  • Games that count: slots 100%, roulette and game shows 20%, blackjack, baccarat and poker 10%

€700 of wagering is 350 spins at the €2 limit, so this bonus suits steady, low-stakes play.

18+ | New players only | T&Cs apply | Play responsibly: GamblingCare.ie 1800 936 725

Games and mobile

GoldenPlay showed 1,907 games when we checked on 8 October 2026, including 1,539 slots, 75 live tables and 25 game shows, and it runs Pragmatic Play's Drops & Wins. On mobile, you play in your phone's browser.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €10 by card, wire transfer, Skrill or Neteller
  • Withdraw: from €10 (€50 by wire) to Visa, Mastercard, wire, Skrill or Neteller, up to €10,000 a month
  • Times: the casino states up to 4 business days for Skrill and Neteller and up to 10 for cards and wire; our Skrill withdrawal in October 2026 arrived in 34 hours
  • Fees: none on payments, but a dormant account is charged up to €5 a month after 180 days without a login

Licence and safer-play tools

The site shows no licence or operator, and we found no matching entry on the Tobique register on 11 October 2026. Deposit and loss limits are set through support, and no self-exclusion option is listed.

Who it suits: low-stakes slot players who want a bonus with realistic terms. It's less suitable for high stakes, or if a verified licence and self-exclusion are priorities for you.

Pros
icon €700 of wagering on a €20 deposit, the joint lowest here
icon Bonus from a €10 deposit
icon 30 days to complete the wagering
Before you sign up
icon Only the first €2 of each bet counts, and bonus winnings are capped at 5x
icon No licence shown on the site
icon Limits go through support, and no self-exclusion is listed

Min deposit€20

Wagering35x deposit + bonus

CashbackUp to 20% daily

BetiBet gives you 300 free spins on a single deposit, more than any other casino on our list in one go, and has the widest choice of game studios we found, 144 in its lobby filter. It also lets you set limits and self-exclude in your account, and names EGIS for complaints. Those strengths put it fourth.

BetiBet welcome bonus of 100% up to €1,000 plus 300 free spins, with the casino lobby tabs for slots, instant, live and crypto games and Gates of Olympus below.

The trade-off is pace. The bonus has to be completed in 7 days, which works out at about €200 a day on a €20 deposit.

Welcome bonus

Deposit €20 or more with code WELCOME for a 100% match up to €1,000, plus 300 free spins, 100 a day for three days.

  • Terms: 35x the deposit and bonus, 7 days, €5 maximum bet, cash-out capped at 10x the maximum bonus
  • Free spins: winnings at 40x
  • Games that count: slots 100%, table games 5%, live casino 0%

A €20 deposit with a €20 bonus means €1,400 of wagering in 7 days, about €200 a day. That only suits you if you were already planning to play most days that week; otherwise, consider depositing without the bonus.

Daily cashback: 10% to 20% of the previous day's losses, depending on your VIP level, paid as bonus money with 3x wagering.

18+ | New players only | T&Cs apply | Play responsibly: GamblingCare.ie 1800 936 725

Games and mobile

We counted well over 1,200 games from 144 providers, including about 580 from Pragmatic Play and 621 from Playtech, plus Play'n GO and NetEnt. On mobile, BetiBet is available as an installable web app, with install steps on the site.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €20 by card, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Paysafecard or bank transfer (mostly up to €4,000), or crypto with no cap
  • Withdraw: by crypto (no cap), MiFinity (€20 to €4,000) or bank transfer (€200 to €1,000); cards, Skrill and Neteller are deposit only
  • Limits: €15,000 a day and €100,000 a month for euro payments, or €75,000 a day for crypto; each deposit must be played through 3 times before you can withdraw; no casino fees
  • Times: crypto and MiFinity are stated as instant and bank transfers 3 to 5 days. Our MiFinity withdrawal in October 2026 took 10 hours from request to arrival, a reminder that "instant" covers only the casino's own processing

Licence and safer-play tools

BetiBet's site shows Tobique licence No. 0000002, and its operator, Novatrix S.R.L., holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, valid until 24 August 2027 (both checked 11 October 2026). You can set limits and self-exclude in your account, but deposit limits don't cover crypto.

Who it suits: players who want free spins and a wide choice of payment methods. It's less suitable if you won't play most days in the week after you deposit.

Pros
icon 300 free spins on one deposit
icon Self-service tools, with EGIS for disputes
icon Wide choice of deposit methods
Before you sign up
icon Each deposit must be played through 3 times before you can withdraw
icon Cards, Skrill and Neteller are deposit only

Cashback10% weekly

Festival Play's cashback is one of the easiest on our list to qualify for. You don't need a VIP level, as you do at DublinBet, and there's no balance condition, as at Inky.bet, or minimum loss, as at Puntit. Every Monday it returns 10% of the previous week's net losses to your cash balance, with nothing to wager, and that is the main reason it ranks fifth. Only slot and scratch-card losses count, and the cap is €300 a week.

Festival Play casino home page promoting 10% weekly cashback every Monday, with Top games Wilds of Fortune and Outlaw of Sherwood by Betsoft shown below the banner.

The trade-off is player protection: there are no deposit limits or time-outs, and self-exclusion is by email only.

Welcome bonus

A 100% match up to €500 plus 100 free spins on your first deposit, with code FESTIVAL1.

  • Terms: €20 minimum, 40x the deposit and bonus, 21 days, maximum bet €12 or 5% of the bonus, cash-out capped at 10x
  • Free spins: on three Betsoft slots, with winnings added to your bonus balance
  • Games that count: slots and scratch cards 100%, RNG roulette 10%, live casino and blackjack 0%

A €20 deposit with a €20 bonus means €1,600 of wagering in 21 days, about €76 a day.

18+ | New players only | T&Cs apply | Play responsibly: GamblingCare.ie 1800 936 725

Games and mobile

Festival Play carries over 2,000 games from more than 60 providers, including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and Play'n GO, plus Betsoft exclusives. There's no native or installable app, so on mobile you play in your phone's browser.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €10 by Paysafecard, €15 by Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity or MuchBetter, or €40 in crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Tether or USD Coin)
  • Withdraw: to any of these except Paysafecard, up to €5,000 per 7 days
  • Times: the casino states up to 15 minutes for crypto, 1 to 2 business days for MiFinity and 1 to 3 for cards
  • Our tests: a Visa withdrawal in October 2026 took 57 hours, and an earlier Bitcoin withdrawal for our full review arrived in 15 minutes

Licence and safer-play tools

Festival Play holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/181/0181 (New Era B.V., no expiry listed) and appears under Anjouan licence ALSI-202505009-FI1, valid until 13 May 2027 (both checked 11 October 2026). Disputes can go to EGIS-ADR.

Who it suits: slot players who want weekly cashback paid as cash. It's less suitable for live and table players, whose losses don't count, or if you want to set your own limits.

icon 10% weekly cashback paid as cash, with no VIP level needed
icon EGIS-ADR for disputes

CashbackUp to 21% weekly (VIP)

DublinBet is built for players who stick with one casino. Your play earns SuperPoints to exchange in its Loyalty Store, and the VIP levels add weekly cashback of 3% to 21%, paid as cash with no wagering. That reward structure, together with self-service safer-play tools, puts DublinBet sixth.

DublinBet VIP club Diamond tier card listing 21% weekly cashback in real money, a €34,000 weekly withdrawal limit, on the spot withdrawals and a dedicated VIP team.

The limitations are that a standard account gets no cashback, DublinBet doesn't publish what it takes to reach each VIP level, and withdrawals can't go to debit cards. Treat the rewards as a bonus on play you'd do anyway, not a reason to play more.

Welcome bonus

€1,000 plus 100 free spins over your first two deposits, each matched 100% up to €500 with 50 spins.

  • Terms: €20 minimum, claim in the Bonus menu within 3 days, 35x the deposit and bonus, 30 days, €5 maximum bet
  • Free spins: €0.20 each, winnings at 35x and capped at €100
  • Games that count: slots 100%, live roulette 15%, live blackjack 10%, table games 0%

A €20 deposit with a €20 bonus means €1,400 of wagering in 30 days, about €47 a day.

18+ | New players only | T&Cs apply | Play responsibly: GamblingCare.ie 1800 936 725

Games and mobile

Games come from over 100 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Yggdrasil. We counted about 160 live games, some streamed from real casino venues. On mobile, DublinBet runs in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €20 by card, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer or crypto (up to €1,750 by card or MiFinity, €5,000 in crypto)
  • Withdraw: by bank transfer (€50 to €2,000), MiFinity (€20 to €1,750) or crypto (€20 to €2,000). Payouts can't go to debit cards (card payouts go only to credit cards issued in the euro zone), so plan to use one of these methods instead
  • Limits: €2,000 per withdrawal and €4,000 a week; no casino fees
  • Times: the casino states 24 hours to process, or 12 for most VIP levels; our bank transfer withdrawal in October 2026 took 50 hours from request to arrival

Licence and safer-play tools

DublinBet shares Alexander's Anjouan licence (ALSI-142406012-FI1, Samaki Limited), valid until 1 June 2027 when we checked on 11 October 2026. You can set limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion yourself.

Who it suits: regular players who would reach the VIP levels through their normal play. It's less suitable for casual players, who get no cashback on a standard account.

Pros
icon VIP cashback of up to 21%, paid as cash
icon SuperPoints Loyalty Store
icon Self-service limits and cool-offs

icon Withdrawals can't go to debit cards
icon The bonus ends if your balance drops below €1

Puntit takes deposits from €5 on every payment method, the lowest minimum on our list, and our €5 deposit casinos page lists more sites at that level. It's also the only casino here with a native app, on the Irish App Store for iPhone, and the most Irish-focused, with a dedicated Irish site. Add the lowest wagering multiplier on our list (25x, though it covers your deposit too) and weekly cashback paid as cash, and you have the reasons it ranks seventh.

Puntit casino lobby with a 100% up to €500 casino deposit match banner, sports and live casino tabs, and recommended games Sugar Heaven, Le Bandit and Big Bass Splash.

Where it falls short is the bonus: a €5 deposit doesn't unlock it, winnings from the whole five-deposit pack are capped at €500, and each offer gives you only 7 days.

Welcome bonus

The Casino Starter Deposit Pack is worth up to €500 over five deposits: 100%, 50%, 75%, 50% and 100%, each up to €100.

  • Terms: €20 minimum per deposit, 25x the deposit and bonus, 7 days per offer
  • Cash-out cap: €500 from the whole pack
  • Games that count: slots 100%, table and live games 10%; Yggdrasil and crash games excluded

A €20 first deposit with a €20 bonus means €1,000 of wagering in 7 days, about €143 a day.

Weekly cashback: every Friday, Puntit returns 10% of the previous week's net losses, once they reach €50, paid as cash.

Games and mobile

Puntit says it offers over 1,000 casino games and over 120 live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, plus a "Best of Ireland" shelf of Irish-themed slots. Its iPhone app is listed on the Irish App Store (checked 11 October 2026); there's no Android app, so Android users play in the browser.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €5 (€20 for the bonus) by Visa or Mastercard debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, AstroPay or bank transfer
  • Withdraw: back to the method you deposited with, up to €5,000 a day and €50,000 a month; no casino fees
  • Times: the casino states up to 40 minutes for Visa Debit with FastFunds, within 24 hours for PayPal and AstroPay, 1 to 3 business days for other cards and Apple Pay, 1 to 2 for Google Pay and 3 to 5 for bank transfer
  • Our test: a Visa withdrawal in October 2026 took 56 hours, so don't count on the FastFunds time for every card
  • Source: Puntit only shows its cashier after you log in, so these methods and stated times come from our full review (September 2026)

Licence and safer-play tools

Puntit's casino holds Curaçao licence OGL/2023/159/0076 (White Star B.V., no expiry listed), checked on 11 October 2026. Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion all go through support.

Who it suits: players who want to start with small deposits, pay by PayPal or play on an iPhone app. It's less suitable for Android users who want an app, or if you prefer to set limits yourself.

Pros
icon €5 minimum deposit on every method
icon The only native app on our list (iPhone)
icon 25x wagering, the lowest multiplier here
Before you sign up
icon A €20 deposit is needed for the welcome bonus
icon The bonus can't be cancelled once claimed
icon Limits and self-exclusion go through support

Live gamesAbout 620

Fano.bet has the biggest live casino we counted on our list: about 620 live games on 9 October 2026, from eight studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and ICONIC21. It also produced the quickest withdrawal in our October tests, 1 hour by crypto. Live variety and fast crypto payouts are what earn it ninth place.

Fano.bet live casino lobby with popular, VIP and bonus friendly filters, showing Automatic Roulette VIP, 360 Blackjack Midday, Gravity Plinko and Gravity Roulette tables.

There's a catch for live players, though: live games count only 10% towards the bonus, so you'd complete the wagering mainly on slots. Fano.bet runs on the same platform as Inky.bet and Tip-Top.

Welcome bonus

€3,000 plus 150 free spins over three deposits: 150% up to €1,000 plus 50 spins (from €20), 100% up to €1,500 (from €25), then 75% up to €500 plus 100 spins (from €30). You opt in to each stage before you deposit.

  • Terms: 40x the bonus, 7 days per stage, €5 maximum bet, free spin winnings at 40x
  • Games that count: slots 100%, live games 10%, table games 0%

A €20 first deposit brings a €30 bonus and €1,200 of wagering in 7 days, about €171 a day.

Daily cashback: 5% to 20%, with no wagering, paid on days your balance is under €10.

Games and mobile

The lobby filter lists 65 providers, including Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming. On mobile, you can install Fano.bet as a web app.

Payments

  • Deposit: from €20 by card (up to €1,000), Apple Pay (up to €500), bank transfer or crypto (up to €5,000), Revolut, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard
  • Withdraw: from €40 to card (up to €2,000 each), bank transfer or crypto (up to €5,000), Revolut, Skrill or Neteller; crypto deposits are paid back in crypto
  • Limits: €2,500 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, one pending withdrawal per method, and each deposit must be wagered 3 times before you can withdraw
  • Times: withdrawals can stay pending for up to 48 hours, after which crypto is stated as instant; our crypto withdrawal in October 2026 arrived in 1 hour, the fastest of our October tests

Licence and safer-play tools

Fano.bet shares Inky.bet's Anjouan licence (ALSI-202509069-FI2), listed as valid on the Anjouan register when we checked on 11 October 2026.

Who it suits: players who value live-table variety and quick crypto payouts. It's less suitable if you want to complete a bonus at the live tables.

Pros

SlotsAbout 7,400

Tip-Top suits players who already deposit regularly, with an offer every Monday, Tuesday and Friday. It also has the largest slot lobby we counted, about 7,400 slots, and the most welcome free spins on our list, 400, and a €20 first deposit needs €800 of wagering.

Tip-Top Casino first deposit bonus of 100% up to €1500 plus 100 free spins, with the €20 minimum deposit, x40 wagering and 7 day bonus lifetime shown in the offer details.

It ranks tenth because of the trade-offs. Every weekly offer needs a €50 deposit, so they don't suit casual players. Tip-Top names no independent body for complaints, and its terms say its own decision is final. Its site also no longer shows a licence, and its terms now name a different company (ACUMAC, in Costa Rica) from the licence holder on the Anjouan register.

Welcome bonus

€4,500 plus 400 free spins over three deposits: 100% up to €1,500 plus 100 spins (from €20), 50% up to €1,000 plus 150 spins (from €30), then 75% up to €2,000 plus 150 spins (from €30). The first deposit alone is worth up to €1,500 plus 100 spins.

  • Terms: 40x the bonus, 7 days per stage, €5 maximum bet, free spin winnings at 40x
  • Games that count: slots 100%, live games 10%, table games 0%

A €20 first deposit brings a €20 bonus and €800 of wagering in 7 days, about €114 a day.

Daily cashback: up to 20%, with no wagering, paid on days your balance is under €10.

18+ | New players only | T&Cs apply | Play responsibly: GamblingCare.ie 1800 936 725

Games and mobile

We counted about 7,400 slots from 69 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Playtech, plus about 1,090 jackpot games. On mobile, you can install Tip-Top as a web app with push alerts and its own offers.

Payments

  • Deposit: €20 to €5,000 by card, Revolut, Apple Pay, bank transfer or crypto (23 coins); Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard open after your third deposit
  • Withdraw: from €40 to cards, Revolut, bank transfer or crypto
  • Limits: €2,500 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month
  • Times: the casino states up to 48 hours, with crypto instant; our Revolut withdrawal in October 2026 took 60 hours from request to arrival

Licence and safer-play tools

The Anjouan register lists tip-top.bet under licence ALSI-202504026-FI1 (Innovex Tech Holdings Ltd, valid until 5 April 2027), checked on 11 October 2026. The site no longer shows this licence, and its terms now name ACUMAC, a Costa Rica company, as the operator.

Who it suits: slot players whose usual deposit is €50 or more and who want regular reload offers. It's less suitable for occasional players, or if an independent complaints route matters to you.

Pros
icon Reloads or free spins three days a week
icon 400 welcome free spins, the most on our list
icon Revolut withdrawals and 23 cryptocurrencies
Before you sign up
icon Every weekly offer needs a €50 deposit
icon Each bonus stage lasts only 7 days, and the minimum withdrawal is €40

Best Irish Casino Sites by Category: October 2026

If you know what you want from an Irish casino site, this section points you to the strongest option for it. A casino can win a category and still rank lower overall, because the overall score weighs all 10 criteria.

  • Best overall: Inky.bet (5.0), for bonus-only wagering and cashback with no wagering
  • Best for low bonus wagering: GoldenPlay, with €700 of play on a €20 deposit and 30 days to complete it
  • Best for live dealer games: Fano.bet, with about 620 live games from eight studios, by our count
  • Best for fast payouts: Fano.bet, whose crypto withdrawal arrived in 1 hour in our October test. Without crypto, BetiBet's MiFinity payout was quickest, at 10 hours
  • Best for €5 deposits: Puntit, the only casino on our list that takes €5 on every payment method
  • Best for a native app: Puntit, the only casino on our list with one (iPhone only, listed on the Irish App Store)
  • Best for crypto choice: Tip-Top, with 23 coins in its cashier (our test there was a Revolut withdrawal, not crypto)

Irish-Focused Casinos

None of the casinos on our list holds an Irish casino licence, but Puntit is the most Irish-focused. It has a dedicated Irish site and a "Best of Ireland" shelf of Irish-themed slots, and its sportsbook (not its casino) operates under an Irish betting permit.

How to Sign Up at an Online Casino in Ireland: Step by Step

Signing up at an online casino in Ireland works much the same way at every casino here. It takes a few minutes, and a little preparation avoids delays when you withdraw.

  1. Pick your casino. Decide what matters most to you, such as payout speed, a payment method you already use or the bonus type, and use the reviews above to match it.
  2. Register your account. Enter your name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your ID, as a mismatch can hold up withdrawals.
  3. Verify your identity. Upload photo ID and proof of address straight away, so the KYC check is done before your first withdrawal.
  4. Set your limits. Set a deposit limit before you deposit. BetiBet, DublinBet, Alexander and Beazt let you do it in your account, at Puntit and GoldenPlay you ask support, and Festival Play doesn't offer deposit limits.
  5. Make your first deposit. Check the bonus minimum and how to claim it: a code at BetiBet (WELCOME), GoldenPlay (GOLDEN100) and Festival Play (FESTIVAL1), an opt-in before you deposit at Inky.bet and Fano.bet, or the Bonus menu within 3 days at Alexander and DublinBet.
  6. Withdraw your winnings. Once any wagering is done, request a withdrawal. Minimums run from €10 (GoldenPlay) to €40 (Inky.bet, Fano.bet and Tip-Top), and more for bank transfers. Our withdrawal guide explains limits and timeframes.

Casino Bonuses at Irish Online Casinos: October 2026

a-banner-depicting-online-casino-bonuses-in-ireland

Irish online casinos use bonuses to attract and keep players, but what a bonus is worth depends on its terms, not the headline figure. Start with the wagering requirement, which is how much you must bet before bonus money turns into cash, then check the time limit, maximum bet and game weightings.

Welcome Bonus

Every casino on our list offers a casino welcome bonus, usually a match on one or more deposits. The biggest difference is what the wagering applies to: at 40x, a €20 deposit with a €20 bonus needs €800 of play on the bonus only, but €1,600 on the deposit plus the bonus. GoldenPlay, Beazt, Inky.bet, Fano.bet and Tip-Top apply it to the bonus only. Puntit, Alexander, BetiBet, DublinBet and Festival Play apply it to both.

Free Spins Bonus

Free spins land on selected slots at a fixed stake, and their winnings often carry higher wagering than the deposit bonus: 40x against 35x at BetiBet and GoldenPlay. Some casinos also cap spin winnings, at €100 at DublinBet and €200 at GoldenPlay. Tip-Top gives the most spins in total (400 over three deposits), and BetiBet the most on one deposit (300).

Reload Bonus

Reloads are smaller deposit bonuses for existing players. Festival Play offers 50% up to €200 (code MONTH50), and Tip-Top has a Monday live casino reload and a Friday reload, both from €50. Check the terms before you opt in: GoldenPlay's Wednesday reload carries 50x wagering.

Cashback Bonus

With cashback, check whether it arrives as cash or as bonus money. Alexander, Puntit and Festival Play pay cashback as cash, as does DublinBet at VIP level, and so do Inky.bet, Fano.bet and Tip-Top on days your balance is under €10. BetiBet (3x) and Beazt (1x) pay it as bonus money with wagering.

Loyalty and Rewards Programmes

DublinBet has a SuperPoints Loyalty Store, Alexander's six-level programme adds bonuses of €100 to €500 at the higher levels, and BetiBet's VIP levels raise its daily cashback to 20%.

Seasonal Offers

Expect themed free spins and reloads around Halloween, Christmas and St Patrick's Day, each with its own wagering. The Irish casino calendar below shows what to look for.

Promotions can change at any time, so confirm the terms with the casino before you opt in. 18+. T&Cs apply. Need help? Call the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 936 725.

How We Test and Rate Online Casinos

We score every casino on the same 10 criteria in our rating system, each weighted by how much it affects you as a player. A casino has to hold up across all 10 to be listed among the best online casinos in Ireland. Our analysts score each criterion on the evidence (published terms, licence registers and our own tests), using editorial judgement within each criterion, and the overall rating combines the 10 scores using the weights below.

1. Licensing & Security (20%)

casino licence image
  1. Licence. The licence tells you who regulates the casino and where to turn if something goes wrong, so it carries the most weight. We check each licence on the regulator's own register and record the date, and where we can't confirm a licence, the review says so and the score reflects it.
  2. Security. We expect SSL encryption on every page and a clear privacy policy on how your personal and payment data is handled.

2. Game Selection & Quality (15%)

casino game selection image
  1. Range. We look for a real spread of slots, jackpots, table, live and instant win games, not just a large number. Missing game types cost more points than a few thousand extra slots earn.
  2. Studios. Games from strong studios such as Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play are a good sign of quality.

3. Bonuses & Promotions (15%)

casino promotions image
  1. Real value. We work out what each welcome bonus asks of you in euro, using the wagering, time limit and maximum bet.
  2. Wagering basis. Wagering on the bonus only scores higher than wagering on the deposit plus the bonus.

4. Payment Methods (10%)

casino withdrawal image
  1. Irish methods. Methods Irish players already use, such as debit cards, Revolut, Apple Pay and bank transfer, score higher.
  2. Speed. We compare each casino's stated withdrawal times with our own test withdrawals, so a quick test payout lifts the score and a slow one lowers it.

5. Mobile Experience & Interface (10%)

casino experience image
  1. Navigation. Games, the cashier, support and safer-play tools should be easy to reach on a phone.
  2. Access. We check the mobile browser site and whether there's a native or installable web app.

6. Customer Support (10%)

casino customer service image
  1. Availability. We check the channels on offer (live chat, email, phone) and the stated hours.
  2. Help centre. A help centre that answers common questions clearly scores higher.

7. Average Return to Player (RTP) (5%)

rtp casino image
  1. Payout rates. RTP is the share of stakes a game pays back over time: a 96% slot returns €96 per €100 staked, on average, over a very long run.
  2. Transparency. Casinos that show RTP for each game score higher.

8. Certified Games & Fair Play (5%)

casino certified games image
  1. Random number generators. We look for games certified by an independent lab such as iTech Labs, eCOGRA or GLI.
  2. Disputes. We note whether a casino names an independent complaints body, such as EGIS or eCOGRA.

9. Brand History & Credibility (5%)

casino credibility image
  1. Track record. An established brand earns credit, though a new casino can still rank well if it performs strongly elsewhere.
  2. Terms. We read the full terms, including dormancy fees and withdrawal rules. Our guide to being banned from online casinos explains your options if an account is limited.

10. Responsible Gambling (5%)

casino licence image
  1. Tools. We record which tools each casino offers (deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion). Casinos that let you set your own limits score higher than those where you have to ask support.
  2. Help. We check which Irish support services each casino points you to.

Why One Casino Ranks Above Another

Because the score covers all 10 criteria, a casino can lead on one thing and still rank lower overall. Tip-Top, for example, has the most slots we counted and the most free spins on our list, but it ranks tenth: every weekly offer needs a €50 deposit, it names no independent complaints body, and its terms now name a different company (ACUMAC, in Costa Rica) from the one on its licence. GoldenPlay shows the opposite: it ranks third even though we couldn't confirm a licence, because it scores strongly on bonuses (the joint-lowest wagering here, with 30 days to complete it) and games, which together carry 30% of the score. The missing licence and the lack of self-exclusion still cost it points, and its review says so.

Casino Games and the Best Casino Sites per Game Type

online-casino-games-ireland-banner

At the best casino sites in Ireland, you'll find a broad range of casino games. Here are our picks for each game type, with the evidence behind each one. All of them are real-money games, so set a budget before you play. Tip-Top, Fano.bet and Inky.bet share a platform, so where one of them is our pick, the other two offer a similar lobby.

Online Slots

Online slots make up most of every lobby here, from classic three-reel games to Megaways titles and Irish-themed games such as 9 Pots of Gold. The same game can run at different RTP settings at different casinos, so check the info panel before you play. Our pick for slots: Tip-Top, with about 7,400 slots from 69 studios, the most of any lobby we counted. Its welcome bonus needs €800 of wagering on a €20 deposit.

Jackpot Slots

Jackpot slots add a top prize to the normal wins: a fixed jackpot pays a set amount, while a progressive one grows until someone wins it. Our pick for jackpot choice: Tip-Top, with about 1,090 jackpot games by our count (Fano.bet has about 1,030 and Inky.bet about 965). Its €2,500 daily withdrawal limit means a large win is paid out over several days, so if that matters to you, BetiBet's €15,000 daily limit (€75,000 for crypto) is the more practical choice.

Roulette

European roulette has a single zero and an RTP of 97.3%, against about 94.7% for double-zero American roulette, so European is the better choice. Our pick for live roulette: GoldenPlay, with 30 live tables, the only roulette count published by a casino here. Roulette also counts 20% towards its bonus, so on a €20 deposit the bonus takes €3,500 of roulette bets to complete, against €8,000 at Alexander and €12,000 at Inky.bet. Only Beazt (50%) asks for less, and at GoldenPlay only the first €2 of each bet counts.

Blackjack

Played with basic strategy, blackjack gives you some of the best odds in the casino. Our pick for blackjack choice: Fano.bet, with about 280 blackjack games by our count, live and RNG, the most of the lobbies we counted. Its bonus barely counts blackjack (10% live, 0% RNG), so you're better off playing blackjack with your own money than with bonus funds.

Poker

Casino poker, such as Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker, is played against the house rather than other players. Our pick for live poker: GoldenPlay, the only casino here that publishes a live poker count, with 7 tables. Puntit has a live poker category too, but doesn't say how many tables, and its bonus can't be used on poker.

Crash Games & Online Game Shows

In a crash game such as Aviator, a multiplier climbs until it crashes, and you cash out before it does. Game shows such as Crazy Time are live games of chance built around a wheel and a presenter. Our pick for game shows: Puntit, which lists about 50, twice GoldenPlay's 25. If you're completing a bonus, GoldenPlay counts them 20%, against 10% at Puntit. Our pick for crash games: Puntit, which lists about 120, though they don't count towards its bonus. Tip-Top has its own Originals, such as Chicken Road.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games stream a real dealer to your screen, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows. Our pick for live dealer games: Fano.bet, with about 620 live games from eight studios by our count, playable on your phone through its web app.

Irish Casino Payment Methods

a-banner-for-casino-payment-methods-in-ireland

Your choice of method affects how fast you get paid, and some methods only work one way. Every withdrawal goes through three stages: the casino approves and processes it, the payment provider (your card issuer, bank, e-wallet or the blockchain) handles it, and then the money arrives. A casino's stated time, such as "instant" or "within 24 hours", usually covers only the first stage, while our test times cover all three. Stated times were checked on 11 October 2026 (Puntit's come from our September review). Here is how each of the payment methods works at the casinos on this page.

revolut-banner

Revolut

Inky.bet, Fano.bet and Tip-Top take Revolut for both deposits and withdrawals. Our €50 test withdrawals to Revolut arrived in 3 days at Inky.bet and 60 hours at Tip-Top. At the other casinos, check the cashier before you deposit.

paypal-casinos

PayPal

Puntit is the only casino here that lists PayPal, according to our full review (September 2026), with deposits from €5 and withdrawals stated within 24 hours. None of the other casinos we checked takes it.

skrill-casinos

Skrill

GoldenPlay pays out to Skrill and states up to 4 business days, though our test withdrawal arrived in 34 hours. Fano.bet takes Skrill both ways, and Beazt pays out to e-wallets as well as taking Skrill deposits. Alexander and DublinBet take Skrill deposits, and DublinBet doesn't pay out to it. At BetiBet and Tip-Top (after your third deposit), Skrill is for deposits only, so you'll need another method to withdraw. Check the bonus terms before you pay by e-wallet, and see our Skrill casinos list for more.

neteller-casinos

Neteller

Neteller works the same way as Skrill at the same casinos here. Our Neteller casino sites page lists more.

paysafe-casinos

Paysafecard

Paysafecard is a prepaid voucher for deposits only, and its fixed values help you stick to a budget. BetiBet, Festival Play, Beazt, Fano.bet and Tip-Top take it, and you'll need a second method to withdraw, as our Paysafecard casinos guide explains.

crypto-casino-banner

Cryptocurrency

Tip-Top lists 23 coins, BetiBet 8 and Festival Play 5. BetiBet states that crypto withdrawals are instant, meaning its own processing time, with network confirmation coming after. Crypto was the quickest method in our tests: 1 hour at Fano.bet and 5 hours for Bitcoin at Alexander. Most casinos here pay crypto deposits back in crypto. Our crypto casino sites guide lists more.

Visa-Casinos-Logo

Visa and Mastercard Debit

Visa and Mastercard work for deposits at most casinos here, but payouts vary. Puntit pays back to the card you deposited with and states up to 40 minutes for Visa Debit with FastFunds, though in our tests, withdrawals back to Visa took 56 hours at Puntit and 57 hours at Festival Play. Alexander and DublinBet don't pay out to debit cards, so plan to withdraw there by crypto or another method. Our Visa casinos and Mastercard casinos pages cover both cards in more detail.

Irish law bans credit card payments for gambling at GRAI-licensed operators, and none of the casinos on this page holds a GRAI licence. We still recommend paying by debit card, so you only ever spend money you have.

Bank Transfer

A bank transfer is the steady option when your card can't take a withdrawal, but it's slow. BetiBet states 3 to 5 days, with a €200 minimum withdrawal, and GoldenPlay states up to 10 business days, with a €50 minimum. Our DublinBet bank transfer withdrawal took 50 hours.

Apple Pay

Inky.bet, Fano.bet and Tip-Top take Apple Pay on Apple devices for deposits only (up to €500 at Inky.bet and Fano.bet). Puntit lists it both ways, with withdrawals stated at 1 to 3 banking days.

Google Pay

Inky.bet and Tip-Top show Google Pay on their homepages, but it wasn't in their Irish deposit settings when we checked in October 2026, so check the cashier before you count on it. Puntit lists Google Pay both ways, with withdrawals stated at 1 to 2 banking days.

Where Each Casino Is Licensed

No online casino can hold an Irish licence yet, so the casinos here are licensed abroad. We looked up each licence on its regulator's register in October 2026, and the table shows what we found, including where something didn't check out.

A licence matters most when something goes wrong. If you can't settle a dispute with the casino itself, you can take it to the regulator, and Malta-licensed sites such as Beazt also have to offer an independent dispute service. Regulators such as Anjouan and Curaçao generally give you less to fall back on, so read a casino's complaints process before you deposit, not after. We recheck every licence on its register before each update of this page.

Leading Casino Software Providers

The best online casinos in Ireland draw their games from dozens of studios: BetiBet's lobby filter lists 144, the most of any casino we checked. A handful turn up almost everywhere, and they're worth knowing, because the studio tells you a lot about what a game will feel like.

netent-casinos

NetEnt

NetEnt made its name with Starburst, Gonzo's Quest and Blood Suckers, slots that still sit in most lobbies years after release. Evolution completed its takeover of the studio in December 2020. You'll find NetEnt games at Inky.bet, Tip-Top, BetiBet, Festival Play and Beazt, and our NetEnt casinos page lists more.

evolution-casinos

Evolution

If you play live casino games, you've almost certainly played Evolution's. It's one of the few studios we found at all 10 casinos on our list. Lightning Roulette is still its signature table, with random multipliers on the standard game, and its game shows, Crazy Time and Monopoly Live among them, are what most people picture when they think of live casino entertainment.

microgaming-casinos

Microgaming (Games Global)

Microgaming has been making slots since 1994, and its back catalogue now reaches players through Games Global, including Thunderstruck and licensed titles such as Jurassic World. Its Mega Moolah is one of the best-known progressive jackpot slots. Alexander lists 165 Microgaming games, and BetiBet and Puntit both carry Games Global. See our Microgaming casino sites for more.

Pragmatic Play

Pragmatic Play is in every lobby on this page, and at BetiBet alone it supplies about 580 games. Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus and the Big Bass series are its best-known slots, and its Drops & Wins prize network runs at GoldenPlay, Beazt and Festival Play. It also runs its own live casino, Pragmatic Play Live.

Casinos

Playtech

Playtech has been building casino software since 1999, covering slots, table games and live casino, with Gladiator and Mega Fire Blaze among its best-known titles. GoldenPlay, Tip-Top, BetiBet and Puntit all carry its games, with 621 at BetiBet. Our Playtech casinos in Ireland directory has the full list.

Irish Gambling Law and Player Protection

The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 became law on 23 October 2024 and set up the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI), which started work on 5 March 2025. The Act is coming into force in stages, so the rules are still changing. A large part of it began on 5 February 2026, and the GRAI's first licences, for remote betting, took effect on 1 July 2026.

Are Online Casinos Legal in Ireland?

Yes. As the law stands in October 2026, adults aged 18 and over can play at an online casino in Ireland, and Irish law doesn't make it an offence to do so. What doesn't exist yet is an Irish licence for online casinos. The GRAI has said that remote gaming "is not currently licensed within Ireland", and its public register, last updated on 6 October 2026, lists only betting licensees. Revenue's existing gaming licences cover in-person gaming only, so there's no Irish route for an online casino until the GRAI opens gaming licences, which it plans to do during 2027 and 2028. Recreational players pay no tax on gambling winnings.

Key Regulatory Changes

The Act has repealed older laws, including the Betting Act 1931 and the Totalisator Act 1929. It creates three types of licence, set out in our guide to Irish gambling regulations:

  • Business to Consumer (B2C): for operators offering gambling to the public. Only betting licences are being issued so far.
  • Charitable and Philanthropic: for betting, gaming and lotteries run for good causes. Not yet in force.
  • Business to Business (B2B): for companies that supply gambling services, such as game software. Not yet in force.

Four changes matter most to casino players. Only one is in force today, and it doesn't cover the casinos on this page, because none of them holds a GRAI licence. For now, your protection comes from each casino's own tools and its offshore regulator.

National Gambling Exclusion Register

This register will let you exclude yourself from every GRAI-licensed operator in one step. It hasn't started yet, so for now you have to self-exclude at each casino separately.

Advertising Watershed

Once section 149 comes into force, licensed operators won't be able to advertise gambling on TV, radio or on-demand services between 5.30am and 9pm. The Act also bans adverts that make gambling attractive to children. Neither rule is in force yet.

Credit Card Ban

Since 5 February 2026, GRAI-licensed operators haven't been allowed to accept credit card payments for gambling, including through e-wallets loaded from a credit card. The ban binds GRAI licensees, which today means licensed betting operators, so it doesn't apply to the casinos on this page. We still recommend paying by debit card.

Promotional Restrictions

Once section 157 comes into force, licensed operators will only be able to offer bonuses to the general public, never to one person or a chosen group. The Minister can also set further bonus rules after consulting the GRAI. Like the watershed, this is still waiting to start.

Player Protection Tools

Since 5 February 2026, GRAI licensees have had to let players set limits on what they spend. None of the casinos on this page is GRAI-licensed, so the tools you get, and whether you set them yourself, depend on the casino. The responsible gambling section below explains how each tool works and where you'll find it, and each review lists the casino's own tools.

Set your limits before you play, not after. Decide your budget first and set a deposit limit straight away, in the account or through support. Treat what you spend as the cost of entertainment, and step away when it stops being fun.

Responsible Gambling Help for Irish Players

a-banner-description-for-responsible-gambling-in-ireland

Play at an online casino in Ireland with clear limits. A 2023 study by the ESRI estimated that about 1 in 30 Irish adults, around 130,000 people, experience problem gambling. Online casinos are for adults aged 18 and over, and gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Only stake what you can afford to lose, set a budget before you start, keep sessions short, and never chase losses.

The national gambling exclusion register isn't in force yet, so there's no single way to block yourself from every casino at once. You have to self-exclude at each site separately, or use a blocking tool such as BetBlocker (see below). Our responsible gambling guide covers safer-play habits in more detail, and our guide to reporting online casinos sets out your options if a dispute arises.

Signs It's Time to Take a Break

  • You spend more time or money than you planned
  • You chase losses to win your money back
  • You borrow money, or use money meant for bills, to gamble
  • You hide how much you gamble from people close to you
  • You gamble to escape stress or low mood

How Responsible Gambling Tools Work

Because none of these casinos is GRAI-licensed, which tools you get, and whether you set them yourself, depends on the casino.

  • Deposit limits cap how much you can pay in each day, week or month. BetiBet, DublinBet, Alexander and Beazt let you set them in your account, Puntit and GoldenPlay through support, and Festival Play has none. Lowering a limit usually takes effect straight away, while raising one comes with a wait: 24 hours at Puntit, and 7 days at Alexander and DublinBet. BetiBet's limits don't cover crypto.
  • Loss limits cap how much you can lose over a set period. BetiBet and Beazt let you set them yourself, and GoldenPlay through support.
  • Reality checks are timed reminders that show how long you've been playing. Beazt shows one every 60 minutes by default.
  • Time-outs and cooling-off periods block your account for a set time: 24 hours, 7 days or a month at Alexander, DublinBet and Beazt, and one week to six months at BetiBet. At Puntit, you arrange them through support.
  • Self-exclusion closes your account for longer, typically from six months to five years (the range in Inky.bet's, Fano.bet's and Tip-Top's terms), and BetiBet also offers it indefinitely. At Festival Play, it's by email only. It usually applies to that one brand only, so exclude from each site you use.

These tools work best when you set them before you start playing, not after a bad session.

Why Trust BetInIreland

BetInIreland's reviews are written for Irish players, by a team that covers online casino and sports betting sites, under our editorial principles. You can find more about how we work on our about us page, meet everyone on our team page, and read our guides in the casino learning guide.

Why You Can Trust These Rankings

Every casino in our list of the best online casinos in Ireland is scored on the same 10 weighted criteria, and no operator payment changes our rankings or what we report. Bonus terms and stated payment times are the casinos' own figures, withdrawal times come from our own tests, and licences come from each regulator's register. Where a figure is our own count, we say so, and where something doesn't check out, such as a licence we couldn't confirm, the review tells you.

Online Casinos in Ireland: Frequently Asked Questions

1️⃣ Are online casinos legal in Ireland?

Yes. As the law stands in October 2026, it isn't an offence for adults aged 18 and over to play at an online casino. There's no Irish licence for online casinos yet: the GRAI's public register (updated 6 October 2026) lists only betting licensees, and the GRAI plans to open gaming licences during 2027 and 2028. That's why none of the casinos on this page holds an Irish licence.

2️⃣ How do you rank the casinos on this page?

Every casino is scored on the same 10 weighted criteria, led by licensing and security (20%), then games and bonuses (15% each), using its published terms, the licence registers and our own tests. No single criterion decides a position, and commissions never change one.

3️⃣ Which online casino is best overall?

Inky.bet tops our October 2026 list with 5.0, thanks to bonus-only wagering and cashback and rakeback with no wagering. The main trade-off is payout speed: it states 4 to 7 working days, and our Revolut test withdrawal took 3 days.

4️⃣ Which casino is best for games?

It depends on what you play. For slots, our pick is Tip-Top, with about 7,400 slots by our count and €800 of wagering on a €20 first deposit. For live dealer games, it's Fano.bet, with about 620 live games from eight studios.

5️⃣ Which casinos have the fastest withdrawals?

In our October 2026 tests, timed from request to arrival, Fano.bet's crypto withdrawal took 1 hour, Alexander's Bitcoin withdrawal 5 hours and BetiBet's MiFinity withdrawal 10 hours. Card, bank and Revolut payouts took two to three days. Each result is a single test, not a guaranteed time.

6️⃣ What should I check before accepting a bonus?

The wagering requirement, time limit, maximum bet and which games count, and above all what the wagering applies to. At 40x, a €20 deposit with a €20 bonus needs €800 of play on the bonus only, but €1,600 if it covers the deposit too.

7️⃣ Do Irish casinos accept Revolut, PayPal or crypto?

Some do. Inky.bet, Fano.bet and Tip-Top take Revolut for deposits and withdrawals. Only Puntit lists PayPal. Tip-Top lists 23 coins, BetiBet 8 and Festival Play 5, and crypto was the quickest payout method in our tests.

8️⃣ Do I need to verify my identity to play?

Yes, at the latest before your first withdrawal. Most casinos ask for photo ID and proof of address, so upload them straight after you sign up.

9️⃣ What licences do the listed casinos hold?

Most hold licences from Anjouan or Curaçao, BetiBet also shows a Tobique licence, and Beazt holds the only EU licence on our list, from the Malta Gaming Authority. We couldn't confirm GoldenPlay's licence, and Tip-Top's site no longer displays its licence. The licence table gives each register reference.

🔟 What does an offshore licence mean for an Irish player?

The casino answers to a regulator outside Ireland, not the GRAI, so Irish rules such as the credit card ban don't apply, and complaints go to that regulator or the casino's dispute service. Regulators such as Anjouan and Curaçao generally give you less to fall back on than an EU regulator such as Malta's.

1️⃣1️⃣ Are casino winnings taxed in Ireland?

No. Recreational players don't pay tax on gambling winnings.

1️⃣2️⃣ Which online casino has the highest RTP?

None overall. RTP is set for each game, and the same slot can run at different settings at different casinos, so check the game's info panel before you play.

1️⃣3️⃣ How do I self-exclude from Irish online casinos?

There's no national exclusion register in force yet, so you need to self-exclude at each casino separately. BetBlocker can block gambling sites on your devices, and GamblingCare.ie offers free support on 1800 936 725, 24/7.

1️⃣4️⃣ Where can I get help if gambling becomes a problem?

Call the National Gambling Helpline (GamblingCare.ie) on 1800 936 725, free and 24/7, or contact Extern Problem Gambling on 089 241 5401 or Gamblers Anonymous Ireland on 01 872 1133.
