This is a documentary assessment, and we would rather say so than imply a test we have not run. The licence position, the wagering terms, the cash-out caps and the fee structure we have read directly and can stand over. The withdrawal timings are NetBet's published figures, so read them as claims rather than findings.

Two things changed our view. The first was the welcome offer. The page we replaced described a €1,500 package across three deposits, unlocked with the codes NB1WELCOME, NB2WELCOME and NB3WELCOME. This is the point most NetBet reviews get wrong, so we will be plain about it. The GRAI licence covers sports betting only.
