We haven't put our own money through Wild Fortune yet, so this page doesn't tell you how long a payout takes or how fussy verification gets. What we did was read everything a new Irish player agrees to when they sign up, starting with the general terms, then the bonus pages, then the cashier and the responsible gambling settings.

The first surprise came in clause 1.1. The operator is now Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, not the Curacao company quoted on older reviews, ours included. The second came in the withdrawal section. The headline welcome figure and what you can actually take out of it are very different numbers, and a separate clause requires every deposit to be played through three times before it can be withdrawn. Neither shows up on the homepage.

If you see Wild Fortune described as Curacao-licensed, or quoted with an 8048/JAZ or OGL number, that information is out of date. The Tobique Gaming Commission is a regulator set up by the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada, and complaints that the casino can't settle go to EGIS, the dispute service named in clause 15.5. Before you deposit, it's worth understanding clause 11.15. Winnings from your first three deposits are capped at €5,000 in total, whether you took a bonus on those deposits or not. The cap is measured against your whole withdrawable balance when you ask to cash out, not the amount you request, and any winnings above €5,000 are removed. Your own deposits sit outside the cap, so the money you put in and haven't already withdrawn stays yours. As an example, if you deposit €300 across your first three deposits and grow the balance to €8,300, you can withdraw €5,300 (your €300 plus €5,000 in winnings) and the other €3,000 is forfeited.
