Facts
- Not enough absences for Erik ten Hag yet. Luke Shaw, Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martínez are now reportedly also struggling with injuries. It remains intriguing whether they will be able to start for Man United in the Premier League on Saturday.
- Following serious allegations of domestic violence, Brazilian Antony has been temporarily suspended. If the allegations prove true, he faces career retirement.
- Despite the fact that Brighton have won their last two games against Man United and have a points lead in the table, the chances of the two teams are almost equal. The game promises to be exciting.
Prediction
It is almost impossible to predict whether and which of the two teams will leave the pitch as winners on Saturday. There are hardly any differences in the odds and it is also difficult to give an advantage to one side.
Manchester are behind Brighton in the table, but they have won many times in direct duels. Brighton, however, have won their last two games.
We see a possibility in each direction. Both Man United and Brighton have what it takes to come out on top. Or will it even be a draw? That would at least be a surprise and the first in a long time.
In any case, we are sure that there will be goals on both sides. We think a 2:1 result is quite possible.
Odds
Our prediction: Both teams score & Under 3.5 goals, gives odds of 3.40.

Overview
We see two teams that want to go up. A draw would be a surprise, but we cannot rule out any result in this match. A 2:1 victory would be quite conceivable, but we refrain from making a prediction for which team.
Man United
It was not the best start for Erik ten Hag at Manchester United when the team lost a home match against Brighton 2:1. The two teams have met several times since then and Man United have managed to take a couple of wins off the pitch. Brighton, however, have as well. It will definitely be exciting to see which team will be the stronger this Saturday.
Man United, however, do not enter the pitch in top form as they are missing some key players. However, Sergio Reguilon, who was loaned from Tottenham just before the end of the transfer window, will now make his first appearance. Ten Hag has high hopes for the player to make up for the loss of Lukas Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
The Red Devils are hoping for no repeat of the disaster against Arsenal on 3 September.

Brighton
Brighton are currently in 6th place in the table, a full 5 places ahead of Man United. So you should be able to assume an advantage for the team. However, it's not that easy considering the history of the two teams. Brighton have won 3 of the first 4 matchdays, but have often lost out in direct comparisons with Man United.
The current form of the two is also very similar with moments of brilliance on both sides. Who will shine on Saturday, however, remains questionable.
Brighton's Italian head coach, Roberto De Zerbi, is certainly passionate about his team and obviously knows how to motivate them. He took Brighton to the Europa League and now wants to lead his Seagulls past Manchester to the top of the Premier League.
It will definitely be an exciting duel in which no one is obviously inferior to the other.
