The third game of week two of the Summer Internationals will see Wales host England. This will be act one of a two-part play that will conclude next week at Twickenham, kicking off this week at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
The man in the middle this week will be Nic Berry from Australia. He is newer to the officiating scene than some of his other Summer Internationals counterparts, but nevertheless, he has a commanding presence on the pitch, with Super Rugby and RWC tests under his refereeing belt.
Neither of these teams are favoured by the bookies as early contenders for the Rugby World Cup title later in the year, so the pressure may seem off in this warm-up test. I believe this match will be about more than just bragging rights, however, as both team's Head Coaches, Warren Gatland and Steve Borthwick are yet to impress in their tenures so far. 🔍 Wales v England Match Winner Prediction
Wales v England is one of the oldest tests in sport, dating back to 1881. That gives us a lot of historical data to analyse: 60 wins for Wales, 67 for England, and 12 drawn matches. In more recent history, England have won four out of five head-to-head tests, including the last time they faced each: a 10-20 away win for the English.
I think this will be a fiercely fought contest, given the rivalry between the two home nations and the atmosphere of the Principality, but I don't think the home fans will be happy bunnies at the final whistle. I believe England should be able to do enough to grab a win by eight points.

BoyleSports' odds of England to win at 1.50 are not too bad for what I am predicting as a match of only eight points in difference. If I were to have a flutter on this Wales v England test, this would be a market I would consider.
2️⃣ Handicap Winner: England to Win (6-0)
If you believe, like me, that England could do the business by eight points, you might be interested in taking a punt on England to win (6-0) at 1.90 at TonyBet Sports. Just remember that although the prospect of winning €0.90 for every €1.00 you stake, should your bet be successful, may seem appealing, there lies the kicker: England winning by six or less, drawing, or even losing means you will get nothing back from your bet, so be smart about what you are willing to stake.
3️⃣ Both Halves: England to Win Both Halves
You might consider that England could not only win the overall game but also the first win along the way. Personally, I am not too sure about this one, as Wales have been known in recent years to lose a match that they have been leading at half time. If you feel this is a bet for you, however, I would recommend combining two bets - first-half winner and full-time winner - in order to get longer odds of England to win both halves at 2.14 at Betway rather than taking TonyBet's odds of 1.73.
