New Zealand head into the final ODI of this series knowing that they cannot lose it as they have a 1-0 lead with one game left to play. Like the other two games, this final match will be played at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, with a 09:00 GMT scheduled start. Just like I did with the previous two matches, I am now going to provide you with my betting tips for this third ODI between Bangladesh and New Zealand. Before you go ahead and bet on this match at your chosen Irish betting sites, take a look at some of my predictions.

💯 Bangladesh v New Zealand Betting Odds

You will not struggle to find Irish bookmakers that are offering odds for all of the big international cricket matches such as this one. However, you might struggle to find the best one for you, which is where the following tables might come in handy. In these tables you can find the odds that five of my favourite sportsbooks are currently offering Irish punters for three highly popular cricket betting markets.

Match Winner Odds: Bangladesh v New Zealand

The match winner market is one of the simplest around since what you are tasked with doing is trying to predict the side that will be victorious in the match. Below you can find the best match winner odds that are being offered at some quality sports betting sites. If you are new to cricket betting, then I must point out that there are no odds for a draw, like in football, due to the fact that ties are really rare in the ODI format.

Top Batsman Odds: Bangladesh v New Zealand

If you could only bet on the winner of a match, then cricket betting would become quite stale. In fact, cricket betting owes its popularity to the variety of markets on offer at all of the top bookmakers. One of my favourite markets is the top batsman market, despite the fact that it is a tricky market to predict. Due to its difficulty, the odds are always high, but I do not recommend that you get into the habit of placing down big wagers for such a market. This market, where you need to predict the top scorer from a team, is more for entertainment purposes.

Below you can find three Bangladesh players and three New Zealand players that I believe have a good chance of being the top scorer for their side in this final ODI:

Liton Das4.334.304.304.254.25

Henry Nicholls5.504.504.505.005.00

Top Wicket Taker Odds: Bangladesh v New Zealand

Batting is only one of the major disciplines in cricket, with the other being bowling. You can also decide to try and predict the top bowler for a team - the top bowler is the player that picks up the most wickets, regardless of the number of runs that they concede. I have chosen three bowlers from both teams and given you the odds that five top bookmakers are offering for them to be the top bowler.

🔍 Bangladesh v New Zealand Match Winner Prediction

Bangladesh were the slight favourites to win the second ODI, but they were disappointing in the batting department as they were bowled out for just 168 inside 42 overs. They owe their bowlers a performance in this third ODI as they had put in a strong showing to restrict the Kiwis to 254 from 49.2 overs. Despite the defeat, the bookmakers still have Bangladesh as the slight favourites to win, but I think that I would be tempted to put my money on New Zealand.

I feel that these two teams are pretty equal when it comes to batting, but the New Zealand bowling attack is slightly better than their opponent's. Thus, I can see the Black Cap's bowlers winning the game and the series for their country. The weather is set to be sunny, so we should get the conclusion that this series deserves.

My Bangladesh v New Zealand Winner Prediction: New Zealand to Win!

✔️ Bangladesh v New Zealand Betting Tips

I am now going to give you some betting tips for this third ODI between Bangladesh and New Zealand at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

Match Winner: Bangladesh to Win

This has been a fun series despite the fact that both teams opted to rest a number of their players ahead of the 2023 Cricket World Cup in India next money. Some of the standout players so far include Henry Nicholls, Mustafizur Rahman, Tamim Iqbal, and Ish Sodhi, while the likes of Will Young, Finn Allen, and Liton Das will be looking to finally grace the series.

The second match was not as close as I thought it would be, mostly because the Bangladesh batsmen did not really show up. I do not think that this will be the case once again, and I am sure that many other cricket fans will feel the same. My money is on the Black Caps to wrap up the series with a 2-0 win due to the fact that I feel that their bowling attack has a little bit more about it than the Bangladesh bowling attack.

If you would like to bet on New Zealand to go on and win this third ODI, then BoyleSports are currently offering odds of 2.00.

Bangladesh’s Top Batsman Winner: Tamim Iqbal to Win

Tamim Iqbal was one of few batsmen for Bangladesh to show up in the second ODI, scoring 44 runs from 58 balls - Mahmudullah was the only batsmen to score more than him, while Nasum was the only other batsmen to pass 20. Iqbal is one of the classiest batsmen that Bangladesh have ever produced, and if I were to bet on the top batsman for Bangladesh in this third ODI, I would consider putting my money on the highly experienced top order batsman.

If you would also like to bet on Iqbal to top score for his team, then Unibet are currently offering odds of 4.00.

New Zealand's Top Batsman Winner: Henry Nicholls to Win

Henry Nicholls has been in some decent form in this series, scoring 44 in the first ODI and 49 in the second one. In his ODI career for the Black Caps, he has played in a total of 68 ODIs, scoring a total of 1776 runs at an average of 34.15. He has been a very reliable batsman for his country over the last three to four years, even top scoring in the 2019 World Cup final for his side. With the form that he has been in recently, I would be happy to back him to be the top scorer for New Zealand in this third ODI.

If you want to put money on Nicholls to be the top scorer for New Zealand, then BoyleSports are offering odds of 5.00 for this market.

Bangladesh's Top Wicket Taker: Mahedi Hasan to Win Top Wicket Taker

In the first two ODIs, I backed Mustafizur Rahman to be the top wicket taker for Bangladesh - he was the leading bowler in the first ODI with three wickets before the weather put pay to the match, while in the second he put in another very solid bowling display, picking up 2 wickets for 53 runs from his 10 overs. I can see why he is one of the favourites with the bookies to be the top wicket taker for Bangladesh in this third innings, but I would be tempted to put my money on Mahedi Hasan. He did not get any wickets in the first ODI, but the New Zealand batsmen struggled to score against him, while he collected 3 for 45 in the second ODI.

If you would like to back Mahedi Hasan to be the top wicket taker for Bangladesh in this final ODI, then TonyBet Sports are offering odds of 6.60.

New Zealand's Top Wicket Taker: Ish Sodhi to Win Top Wicket Taker

Ish Sodhi was the pick of the New Zealand bowlers in the second ODI with 6 wickets for 39 from the 10 overs that he bowled, which are his best bowling figures in an ODI. The Bangladesh batsmen, despite being used to playing in spinning conditions, could not deal with his quality, and he ended up having a field day. There should be plenty of spin on offer for him again in this third and final ODI, which is why I am happy to back him to be the Black Cap's top wicket taker.

If you want to bet on Ish Sodhi to be the best bowler for New Zealand, then TonyBet Sports are offering odds of 5.10 for him.

You can bet on cricket matches at any sports betting site that is worth its salt, but some of my favourite options are LeoVegas, Palm Slots, Unibet, TonyBet, and BoyleSports.

This is not an easy question to answer due to the fact that it is very subjective. However, if you have read any of my other predictions, you will know that the best cricket bet for me is the top batsman one. I like this one, although it is a hard bet to win, because of the entertainment it provides and the fact that it makes every run that my chosen batsman scores even more important.

Each sports betting site will offer its own list of banking methods that you can choose from to make deposits and withdrawals from your account.
